Spikey hair guy couldn’t test my interstate battery covered by nationwide warranty because he was closing soon even tho I walked in a little over an hour before the posted closing time. He also wanted to charge me 80$ to test it if I went back the next day.

Went to have my breaks checked out. The manager at the time said they needed to be changed.so I was going to have it done, but I I decided to go outside in the shop and take a look for myself and the Machanic said they had plenty of brakes left. The manager then said something else was wrong with the break system.the look on the Machanics face said it all! So I left never to return. Ran my truck for sometime till I checked and later changed my breaks myself. Nothing was wrong!

Didn't replace a part that it was needed for front end alignment do not go there I do not recommend

I am a first time customer with Midas, I felt the prices were clearly stated and fair. The Staff were eager to assist me and took the time to explain what the plan for my vehicle was. I am always a bit hesitant with auto repair staff but they focused on my issues and didn't try to oversale or claim there were more issues to upcharge me. All in all it was completely resolved in a very quick turnaround time and I was communicated with at every point and am happy with the results.

Mike told me how things were with my nissan frontier and that one of my rear shock absorber's was leaking, so I had them replace rear shock absorbers. They did it in a timely manner. Very good job

RJ and Mike at the front desk are the best. Their customer service is like no other. RJ has gone above and beyond his scope of duty to make sure I had a great experience. Deft recommend them.

I needed a break inspection and was refused help. I spoke with the owner who told me he couldn't help because he was closing 2 hours early that day. I arrived at the shop 4 hrs. Before the posted closing time and all the workers were just standing around talking.there were no other people waiting to have their cars repaired. Very poor customer service

My Family has been coming to this Midas for a little over 10 years. From oil changes to major replacements they have always provided great service. Will continue going to them for the foreseeable future.

In and out in 30 kinutes for an alignment!

Barely had time to walk to Starbucks across the street and come back. Had me in and out in 30 minutes. Made an appointment at 8 am, drove off at 8: 29 am. Techs were able to correct my alignment and show that a tore was bad causing the drift.

Excellent customer service. The quality of work was great and everything was completed in a timely manner. Big thanks to the owner Mike and also Desteny!

Always have a good experience here. They always do the job and Mike is always so helpful. I just wish their online appointment service would work properly.

I just met Mike today and needed a fleet vehicle serviced. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Mike is the owner operator of this establishment and he takes care of the client and goes above and beyond in my opinion. I used pep boys in the past and they will stay in the past. Midas will be my new and better establishment for services. If you want quality service and quality staff, Midas, off of Ben Maddox and Mineral King is where you should go. Also, they have awesome comfy couches to relax on while you wait!

Aside from my dealership.the is the only place I take my car to, for oil changes that is. Great service here.

Amazing service and very pleasant staff. The old Mike was great but the new Mike is just as great. Destiny is helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Midas!

Made an appointment and my fiancé showed up at the beginning of the appointment window. She arrived to see the place was closed. There was no notice of any closure. Appointment system also does not work well in general. Wasted my time when I could have had my car taken somewhere reliable.

Blew a tire out in the mountains. Went to Mike at Visalia midas on mineral king and Ben madox and they squeezed me in that day for a new set of 4 tires I'm very happy with at a price I couldn't argue with. They even didn't have the tires in store. And had them shipped in from Fresno within a couple hours
