15I lost my original agreement letter with total amount agreed to. Ask to obtain a copy and was told I couldn't. I even talked to an accountant manager as the last result. They said they couldn't. They waisted about 2 hours of my time. I don't understand why, in the year of 2023, a copy couldn't be obtain. I feel like not paying them off as I'm a handycap military veteran and don't have much more time to live at the age of 66 and only get social security no money can be taken from my SS retirement and I don't need credit. I've been paying them back over a year. They are a shady company.
Christina Hughes was professional timely in her actions and compassionate to my situation. She provided clear responses enabling me to set up a payment plan to resolve my debt. Thank you for employing such a person.
After i contact midland everything was super easy their make a arrangement special for my needs and made me feel very confortable thanks midland!
The CSA I've spoken with from Midland Credit Management Inc were very understanding. Andrea Black was compassionate and understanding when it came to my situation. I must admit, I got a little frustrated but not towards the agent, it was the offer and how my situation was and she went above and beyond to work with my situation.
These people harass you 24hrs a day. I paid my account in full, and still was receiving calls telling me I owed them 50.00.harassing me to no end until I finally called the BBB and then all of sudden my account was paid in full. There are a joke. I don't know how they have the star rating they have
It's debt! So the whole thing is annoying but the "person" was nice and unfortunately persistent. We did get the payments down to something I can hopefully manage! $40 barely goes a long way toward food and bills and $25 was to low, but here's to trying to be above water. Thanks for continuing to chase us down! The system was down and wouldn't allow me to process payment so hopefully it works tomorrow.
Midland Credit Management was of great help in taking care of one of my accounts. They were very professional and helped me along the way and I was able to resolve it in a short amount of time.
This company has been calling me for about 5 years now regarding a past-due debt that is not mine. I have informed them that I am not who they're looking for and that I do not know the person they want to speak to, but they continue to call & harass me on a daily basis - sometimes a half dozen times (which is against the law). They have been asked numerous times to remove my number from their database & to stop calling, but they haven't stopped.
So, they are suing me and actually opened up a case at my local courthouse. I lost my job when the pandemic started, and even through I signed up for that protection, like if you become unemployed, they wouldn't honor it. Then, after I agree to pay them 50 dollars a month, the rep wants me to give him my debit card number. Um, no way! I was a victim of financial fraud back in 2018, so I told the guy I would pay. He kept on badgering me over and over where I hung up. They repeatedly called my ex boyfriend and asked for me. He told them not to call his number anymore; they still reached out for me through him within the past week. My balance was 1,000 dollars and now they want 2,400 dollars. I don't have any money for them so see you in court! And before this, one rep called and was threatening me. I saved the voicemail but unfortunately my old phone died.
They were very quick and super understanding of my situation and were more then accommodating to ensure I would be able to deal with my financial hardship before resuming payments.

Life is hard enough without a pandemic. I’ve had to work with creditors who would question why I had 3 cellphone bills and tell me that if I wouldn’t spend so much on groceries or get my hair cut then I could pay my bills. That’s right, they used my credit report to judge me. And most all were rude…. Not Midland Credit Management. They are so very different than any creditor I’ve ever dealt with. They were kind and respectful and gave me many options to clear an account I had missed during this crazy pandemic. No judgement, no rude people, no harsh penalties. They truly want to help you and make an unpleasant situation as easy as possible. Thank you Midland Credit Management!
