Went in a month ago and got a cut and highlights. Loved it! Great value. Great job. Great stylist. So happy. Came back for root touch up a month later and got a different stylist who did in fact, achieve the goal of no white hair, but [in the spirit of generosity, maybe? ] also dyed 1/3 of my neck and forehead dark brown with little Eddie Meunster sideburns and it doesn't immediately come off! Still - they matched the color and got all of it, but wasn't planning on dying my face or neck.

Best kept secret on the peninsula. They cut with precision and they have great style. You tell them what you want and they will make it happen. Their entire staff seems to be equally skilled so you can't go wrong just walking in the door.

Have always been happy with service and cut. I like this one better than the one on Middlefield.

Convenient location but the haircut I got was probably my least favorite ever (shorter than I expected and very puffy). The price of $45 surprised me and seems high for a basic women's haircut.
Everything felt super slow and despite calling in advance I ended up waiting for over 10 minutes. The salon employees seemed very demotivated too. One of them literally said they don't want to be there and would rather be home.

Great place for a haircut! Clean, staff is professional and polite and offers lots of helpful advice. Located very close to San Antonio shopping center which is great.

Good place to do men’s haircut.
Mai did a good job without any rush.
You can ask for Mai as the front desk.

Men/Boys: Don't go here if you need anything other than a short buzz cut. The woman who cut my hair was friendly but needs to work on cutting curly hair at least for men. I should have stopped when she told me I need to shampoo my long, coarse, curly hair more than once a week. That's bad advice for people with really curly hair unless you like frizzy dry hair. I regret not forking up the extra money to go back to the person who normally cuts my hair. Only 2 starts because the woman here was nice. Sorry I can't say much else. I have to have this uneven hair cut now for a few weeks.

Do not bother to book an appointment online. You will get a confirmation but that is not worth anything as "they did not check online".
Drove there for nothing. Will be using another hair studio for my haircut from now on.

Diem is very knowledgeable and experienced. She advises on hair products that would work the best for your type of hair, most of all she is very accommodating. Her shop is in a very nice comfortable setting

Showed up on time on my appointment only to have to wait 10-15 minutes and had to leave. Wish they at least told me how long was the unexpected wait on the spot.

Normally love my cuts here. Because of covid I didn’t know the schedule for my preferred person. They are very friendly and helpful. Great for the price.

Expensive at $25 and quality was similar or slightly worse than a $15 salon. Just a nicer bigger facility. Disappointed

200 miles from home with a husband getting major surgery at a nearby hospital, I decided I couldn't stress eat anymore and opted for stress haircutting. I walked in, without an appointment, and lucked into an availability. Such a great cut! I wanted to keep it long and then the stylist suggested the exact thing I've been trying to relay to my regular stylist at home. Stylist pointed out what was wrong with my old cut, she well articulated what I was I didn't like about my hair, and then proceeded to both fix the old cut and do exactly what she said she was going to do. I love it! Now to figure out how to make the 4 hour drive when I need a trim.
