Bought a $130 fridge 3 years ago. Service was friendly and helpful and was delivered inexpensively.

Great family run used appliance shop. Purchased a second fridge for the basement and feel like I got a good deal on a gently used fridge. The owner was even kind enough to help me get the fridge down in the basement when he delivered it, which wasn't the easiest of tasks. Very friendly and highly recommend.

I am so thrilled with my last minute decision to purchase a newer, more expensive washer! I LOVE IT and the service was fantastic. It was delivered and hooked up an hour later! Great prices and service! Do not hesitate to stop by! BTW, I have never purchased a used appliance but this was the best choice ever!

years. I've always had a pleasant experience. He is an honest businessman. I will consider this place for any future needs.

Customer service was fine. Delivery was fine. There were issues with the machine starting from when it was delivered. I bought a stacked washer and dryer. They painted parts of it so it looked cleaner, however, it arrived still partially wet and the paint messed up the dryer seal. The edges they painted still collect dryer lint. After about 15 washes I started noticing rust colored markings on my clothes and bedding. It took me about 10 more washes (which added more and more marks) to realize what exactly was happening. The repair guy I paid to come out showed me leaking oil coming from motor and told me there is not really a way to fix it without getting a new motor. He basically said, "trash it, it's not worth fixing. "

So, here I am about 25 washes in, half of my clothes and all of my bedding is ruined. I haven't even made it through one bottle of detergent! I would not buy from here unless you have the knowledge to check all of the inner workings of the appliance first.

I DO NOT reccomend a company that would sell any item in the condition I received it. I feel duped.

The absolute worst customer service ever! The refrigerator that was brought to me because my landlord needed to replace. My fridge was atrocious it was dirty had mold in it, I spent an hour and a half cleaning it out and then learned it leaked down from the freezer. The man Raja was a condensing a-hole and said it’s not his problem when I told him and said “of course it’s a little dirty it’s used! ” Even when you buy a used car it’s cleaned out sir! And with the pandemic going on you’d think they would be a little more attentive in cleaning out products that are going into other people’s homes! Your supposed to be a business not Craig’s list.

Just buy off craigslist if you want something cheap. Terrible customer service. First said they would deliver a washer and dryer for a fee, then changed their mind because we are "too far" (~25 minute drive). The store is only open by appointment and they flaked when we tried to make an appointment. When we finally bought from them (which we had to haul and install ourselves), the dryer stopped working after 2 uses. They originally said they'd come out and look at it, and then changed their mind saying it was too far and cancelled the appointment to come out (again, only a 25 minute drive). They said we have to bring the broken washer back to the store, but won't accomodate our work schedules so now we have to wait a week to get this exchanged and start all over again.

Rude customer service. Called to see if they would purchase my used appliances and tried explaining that one item was broken. He hung up before I could tell him about my other appliances which are not broken. I would have accepted him not buying my broken appliance but couldn't get that far in the conversation. Wont be doing business here and recommend you don't either.

The service to bad they are not in good customer service and one guy is talking too stupid words

I saved the best for last when it came to shopping for a replacement fridge. We wemt to 4 other businesses around sacramento, and none of them came anywhere near as good as this one. The owner is very nice and helpful

They are an example of why it is better to shop small business. Flexible, competent, courteous, and priced competitively.

Raja took great care of us. We found their listing on Craigslist and called to verify they had what we needed. They had a variety of used appliances and offer a warranty to make you feel safe. The owners were very nice and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a discounted/used appliance. Cash only.

Customer service was great. Good inventory. Solid prices. Fast delivery and removal. The owner cleaned the area and made sure the unit worked properly before leaving. The appliance is used but is in great condition

The Owners are really nice. I suspect the bad reviews here are from low life rival appliance stores posting fake ratings. The store is packed with several makes and are all priced low. Give em a try if you need a deal.

I don't want to do business with a company that gets consistently bad reviews and whose terms of service on their website state:
1. That they can refuse service to anyone
2. Anything you buy is sold "as is"
3. They won't do anything to fix it once it leaves their shop
GET REAL! I'm supposed to buy a used appliance from them and if it doesn't work, tough luck because they won't fix it? Not the kind of business I'll spend my $ at.
