Mighty Dry helped navigate the whole process after we found excess water and damage at our house. Ryan was amazing and managed everything for me - mitigation, drying, documentation, insurance, leak identification, etc. Gus did a wonderful job with the demo and preserved as much of the flooring as he could with as little impact to our house as possible. I highly recommend Mighty Dry if you need water damage cleanup and repair!

Mighty Dry provides very thorough services. And working with them is easy and smooth. Their customer service is very great, Dane has been working very closely with us to schedule the jobs as soon as possible and very promptly responds and communicates about details. Giovanni and Eric came to the help to do the job. They are very efficient and still maintain the space clean. They did a great job as a team. Super grateful!

I would give them more stars if I could.
I can say I am a frequent user of water mitigation service since I had to deal with 3 pipe leaks at my son's 37 yr old condo in the past 5 months as he had to relocate for job.
I had my share of water/flood experience with other companies at this and other property.
Quite often I wonder in despair if we were at the mercy of our financial interest vs commercial interest of the drying company, since the more they tear down the more they will be paid. It happens more often than we like.
I would get the big bill and the insurance may pay eventually but would drop me at the end of the policy leaving me struggling to find another insurance at much higher rate if I am lucky to find one at all because I would have claim history of water loss.
I can say for sure not this time, not with Dane, Gus and Antonio at Mighty Dry!
And this pipe leaks happened a couple weeks before Christmas.
I knew I can not count on the insurance and wanted to do the least teardown so it would be less disruptive and also save on the cost of repair.

I was lucky to find a great plumber Devin Miller who was able to detect the leak inside the wall without using those expensive leak detecting company as suggested by other plumbers. He was able to locate and access the broken pipe from the water heater closet out in the patio.
I interviewed a few other drying company but Dane the Mighty Dry estimator agreed to try to dry it from outside instead of insisting on immediately removing my living room dry walls and cut my beautiful Brazilian wood flooring which would be impossible to replace without removing all the flooring.
We eventually did drill some vent holes into the double drywall and set up containment in the living room but it is so much better and livable for my tenant and my downstair tenant family.

It worked, all dried, even though it took a lot longer and a lot more work and creativity on behalf of Gus and Antonio.
Drying from outside made it less disruptive to my tenants and downstair tenant's lives so they can still had a decent Christmas at home.
The small holes in the living room can be filled so much easier while I wait for repiping and we saved the wood flooring.

I really consider them a God sent: At Christmas, in this disaster and frustration we found solace and hope!

Dane, Gus, and Antonio and the Mighty Dry team make me feel that there are still good guys in this industry who are not only competent at what they do but also are decent human being who are honest, caring, and considerate. They care not just about their pocket and company bottom line but also customer's best interest.

I highly recommend Dane and his team to anyone who is in need.
I trust Gus, Antonio and their coworkers to do a great and professional job.

Last, I want to thank Devin Miller, the plumber who did a beautiful job locating and repairing the pipe and brought Dane's team to my rescue. He would be my go to plumber from now on.
Happy New year!

I contacted Super Dry in the evening for my water leak/damage issue, they responded immediately and assigned project manager Ryan to evaluate the situation in the next day.

Ryan was extremely helpful and patient, walking through everything to make sure the process is clear to me, and immediately setup the fans to prevent the further damage. Super Dry is very responsive to the questions that I have. When I have concerns, Ryan helped address my concern without any doubt, extremely professional.

I'm on my third time hiring Super Dry for water damage and mitigation.

It's pretty simple; they're the best.

It's reassuring to know that even on a holiday or weekend, if I see water where it's not supposed to be, I can call Ritchie with Super Dry and he'll get someone on it immediately.

Every time one of their crews has come into our home, they are professional and work efficiently and clean.

This time, Jose and his crew Nate, Nathan and Alex worked into the night to be sure the job was done right. It wasn't an easy job either. They killed it!

Thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about the service SuperDry has been providing. I originally contacted them when I purchased my house and the inspector found mold in the bathroom. Ritchie gave me an honest evaluation, told me it was just mold from the condensation and explained how to clean it. Other companies would have taken advantage of the inspection report but instead Ritchie saved me a lot of money.

After this great experience I didn't think twice who to call when I had a water leak last month which damaged my bathroom, flooring in three rooms and walls. Superdry was at my place within hours setting up fans and evaluating the damage. They did a great job taking care of everything and Ritchie kept me up to date on the progress while I was out of the country. I had tons of concerns and questions and he always patiently answered all of them.

I would definitely recommend Superdry if you ever have water damage or mold issues.

I had a leak coming from my main hot water line inside the wall behind my washer and dryer and it leaked through my neighbor’s garage. The HOA recommended SuperDry. Gustavo from SuperDry was excellent. Since I’ve never had any type of emergencies like this, Gustavo was very good at explaining the process. Gustavo was excellent at communicating every step that needed to be done. His team Jose and Ricardo were very good at getting the place ready for the plumber to fix the leak. Jose and Ricardo were quiet and worked really fast. I was working from home that day and I was concerned of the noise, but surprisingly they were not loud at all, they kept the noise to a minimum when opening everything up. Thank you Gustavo, Jose and Ricardo for working on my place, you guys were professionals, friendly and clean. I definitely recommend this team for any leak emergencies you may have.

Do not use this company. Insurance will flag them because they over-charge. The billing team sent me a bill that included a room that they never even touched. Extremely shady, extremely unreliable! Do not use them!

My neighbor had water damage from a slab leek in my condo. I was blamed for all the damages because a had water damage under my sink. They wanted to tear out my whole kitchen counter and replace the drywall. They took samples of my drywall for asbestos testing. After a real plumber came, discovered the slab leek and fixed it without any damage done to my unit i have not been contacted to do any work to my unit. These guys just want to do as much damage to your unit and charge your insurance company. I would not recommend this company

Five Stars all the way! SuperDry's Richie Barlow was able to quickly identify the root of our plumbing issues and provide an reasonably priced solution while others could not. I couldn't be more pleased with the honesty and professionalism displayed and highly recommend their services.

As soon as Ivan showed up it was clear that he was listening intently to my needs and concerns. He addressed them all! His advice was informative and genuine. He even provided me additional tips that will serve me well into the future. Would recommend.

I'm honestly surprised SuperDry has such good ratings given my experience with them. It feels to me that their business model is running insurance scams and telling homeowners "we're on your side, we're doing so much for you" when they are really trying to get as much money as they can for as little work as possible. We had moved into a house that had water damage in the master bathroom, and I was desperate to solve the smell, without understanding the problem. Richie, the owner, came in and fast-talked me, saying his team would handle everything, and we'd only pay what our insurance would pay. With a $5,000 deductible, that's not always the best solution, but I didn't know that at the time, and was just anxious to fix the problem, so we went ahead, as Richie assured me we could leave it up to them and be in good hands. Then weeks of stress and uncertainty started. Richie's team came back and did a demo that took 1 hour the next day, left loud, gasoline-smelling dryers on for two whole days, and then came to "pick the dryers up, " which would theoretically end their work. When they arrived, the men were surprised the valve that had caused the whole problem was "still leaking" and asked if I'd gotten a plumber. I thought fixing the issue was part of the remediation, and had never been told I needed to hire a plumber. Superdry then said, fine, they'd "cover it, " and a plumber would call me. So these loud dryers were left in our bathroom, blowing gasoline-laced air into my face while trying to sleep, for basically two weeks. I had to call the project manager we were assigned, Art, several times for the plumber. The first time, the assigned plumber never showed up, later telling me "he was so busy he forgot. " I asked Art if we could have a reliable plumber and was told, "That's the plumber we use. " Hmm, why exactly, only one plumber that's in your pocket? The same plumber didn't show a second time, and when I called him the next day, he said he'd been sick and throwing up all day, but he'd come by tomorrow! In the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic! My husband had to call Art to demand a different plumber, which we finally got. The very same day the new plumber fixed the valve, Superdry came and collected the drying equipment the same night. I don't know if anything was able to dry out in between the time, or if any "remediation" work was ever done, as the demo took 1 hour and that's all the work they seemed to have done. Superdry definitely didn't seem to care about explaining anything to me, setting my mind at ease, or even if the remediation actually worked. Even now, I don't really know. The entire experience was frustrating and stressful, and I felt like I was being used for insurance money by the end. I never heard from the project manager or Richie after the dryers were picked back up, only their bill collector.

Art was first on scene after my upstairs neighbor flooded us out, his entire crew was very responsive and professionals Alex and his helper did a great job documenting everything from start to finish for Insurance proof. Richie also came out and helped get my place covered under my insurance cap. Thank you Guys for all your help and effort
