I will be honest, we were ready to hire one of the two realtors we interviewed back in October and our friend here in Hayward showed us a small card she received at her front door with Miguel’s promotion of only $6,800 Flat Listing Broker Fee. At the begining we were very hesitant because we have never heard of him and we thought it was one of those "bait and switch" advertising scams because the broker listing fee seem low. We decided to do some PI work on him and see what can we find online before calling him for an interview. To our surprise we found nothing but good things about him and he is also a veteran like my husband so that gave us a little bit of reassurance and decided to call him for an appointment.
