Miguel's Jr. reviews
21This is not a place to would recommend if you are craving Mexican food. I just did not enjoy the experience at all and I have eliminated it from my memory as a choice for food ever.
My brother and I stopped in to get some breakfast. It was in between 8am and 8: 30am three cars in the drivethru and no one inside. The fact that it was breakfast time and hardly anyone was there should have been a huge red flag. We both ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito and were both disappointed. The Burrito tasted like a gooey mess. It had large chunks of potato and the rest was a soggy running mess with no flavor. I'm not even sure it had egg or chorizo in it. Even the salsa was bland and not spicy. Needless to say we didn't finish the burrito and left hungry.
Came a few days ago. Beans tasted like they came from a can. Why are multiple locations around inland empire disappointing lately? New management? Dumb. Chipotle sounds miles ahead of game as far as taste goes. I truly don't know if I can give Miguel's another taste chance, so much fail in the last 6 months.
Miguel's will always be one of my favorites! I love the chicken taquitos and the BRC is always one of the go to options.with lots of green and red sauce
Food is always fantastic here and the service is great. I eat here at least a few times a month and my order is always ready quickly and cooked perfectly!
This place has been a staple here for years. However it is just okay. It is affordable and the burrito size is filling, but the salsa is tasteless with no spice at all. With that said a bean, rice, and cheese (BRC) burrito here is still amazing. A full meal for under $4 and if you put the free onion and cilantro and your own salsa. The BRC is why I still come here.
Went in yesterday to dine in. Was pretty dirty inside… More than half of the tables were dirty (crumbs and straw wrappers) and there was a lot of trash/food on the floors. One of the trash cans was full and it took a while for someone to take it out. Wouldn’t sit in here again.
Quick and flawless service.employees were friendly and professional, especially the one at the window who was extremely respectful and well mannered.the burritos left us more than full- they left us satisfied. [insert epic explosion]
I used to eat miguels almost everyday then I moved to tx for 6 years and when I came back the quality of their food significantly lowered drastically. Kind of a shame
This location is one of the most common ones I go to. My boyfriend picks up a couple burritos from here almost every week, and there is a girl that always has great customer service, and the order is correct every time. Occasionally, the tortillas are a little hard on the edges, but that doesn't happen often. Overall, I've had nothing but good experiences here and I recommend Miguel's to anyone stopping by
As delicious as I remember from over 10 years ago. I had a shredded chicken garbage burrito and after I demolished that I had the remains of the chili Verde garbage burrito that my girlfriend had. Both were delicious and a hearty helping of food. The staff was very kind as well.
Love, love, love their #1 Combo of shredded beef tacoes. The beef is SUPER savory and tender. Add their hot sauce to their tacoes and beef & rice and you won't be disappointed. I usually get 5 hot sauces and mix 3 into the rice and beans that I mix all together into perfect goodness!
The Compton Ave location needs some serious manager/staff training! I go through the drive thru about 2 times a week. For the past month, every single time they mess up the order. The window persons continually get flustered and can't comprehend simple ENGLISH! So tired of this location. Going back to TACO BELL!
My hometown is Corona, CA and as a longtime resident before moving out of the state to Arizona 15 years ago, this is the restaurant that any true Corona resident or former resident will insist on stopping by while in town to get a taste of a culinary Corona original that exists in no other part of the country but in this little and unique town. Just ate it. Just flashed back to 2006 and my former life as a SoCal boy who loved the local cuisine like this fine establishment.
Great spot for a quick Mexican style bit! I love the food and salsa's (wish the had spicier). Came in because it had been awhile, and the staff was great, friendly and efficient. Got the garbage burrito plate, much say o gotta remember this place and eat here more often.
Have always enjoyed their food. Especially their taquitos and chicken tacos and their pork potato& cheese burritos. Very courteous employees.
Not a fan. I cook Mexican food and mine is just different. Also none in LA. Just didn't like price or my Carne asada tacos.
The drive-thru line was very long. Some people do not know how to wait in line. They were cutting in at the split in the line and there's always someone who will let them in. Frustrating for those of us who wait our turn.
A very clean and updated Mexican restaurant. I had the taco salad and I highly recommend it. We also shared the chicken nachos another tasty choice. I'd give it 5 stars if it was a bit more authentic.
It's been many years between visits, and I have to say the food was horrible in comparison to my remembrance. Staff was very friendly and professional.
