My Goodness, Words can not express, The Kindness, Professionalism, I received from this office, When I tell you that my Customer Service Representative Debbie C, was Phenomenal, Debbie called me almost everyday until we got my policy up and running, and it was an error from DMV, but Debbie was on it.

We've had Mike Gaumer as our State Farm Life Insurance Rep for about 3 years now, and the experience has been a very good, solid experience. He and his team are very professional, very cordial and friendly to work with. They're also always there when I call, which is great! We moved out of state almost 2 years ago, but decided to keep our Life Policy with him, as his office is so easy to reach and he has excellent experience in the insurance field-so we felt there was no need to move the policy to a local representative. They could easily be just down the street from us, as they are so easy to reach.

First I like to say that I greatly appreciate my agent Debbie C. She is very professional and I love the fact that she take care of business. I had a situation with a overcharge on my Apartment Insurance. I called Debbie and she assured me that she would handle the situation. I was told that I did not have insurance for my apartment and thanks to Debbie she did her research and contacted the right people here at my complex and made it clear to them that she handled it and sent out the appropriate information
