In the home-buying process a Loans Advisor needs to be attuned to these feelings in an effort to understand, support and fulfill the requirements of their clients. They must be patient, a good listener, attentive, authentic, compassionate, empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable, and responsive (and have a really good sense of humor) all while calming explaining each and every step in the home-buying process.
