Staff is helpful and friendly. They carry Hoka brand, which is amazing! Best option since Charles Shoes closed. -1 star is for accessibility, store is crowded and hard to navigate for those with mobility aids.
I've bought many pairs of boots and shoes from this store over the years. I've always thought it was a good store with great customer service, but never realized how well tun it actually is. I recently had to take relocate for work in Southern California, and you'd think my selection for shopping would be unlimited. I searched for a pair UGG Slippers for my wife at least 10 stores. I came with nothing until I came home for Christmas. I thought it was shot in dark trying to find any in San Luis. Not the case! Mike's had a full inventory, a ton of customers, but the service was still great, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thanks for saving Christmas!
Love the personal service and styles at this store. I can even get my husband to buy new shoes/flip flops. Sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful.
