Dr. Marty is a great doctor. He has cared for me for several years and I return to him because he listens and asks questions. I’ve worn glasses since kindergarten so I know a little bit about vision and eye glasses. Thank you Dr. Marty and Milauska’s Eye Instutite for your care.

Great service, Dr. Emberland was fantastic. Great attitude, personable and a pleasure to work with.

Booked an appointment online. Showed up for appointment, told to check in on the kiosk, so I did. Then I went to the young woman sitting in reception and asked her, What now? She asked for my name and date of birth, which I had just entered on the kiosk, then informed me I didn’t have an appointment. “Did you make the appointment online? ” Why yes I did. “Oh well that system doesn’t work unless we call you back, but I can make an appointment for you now. ”
Seriously? If it doesn’t work, get rid of it. And secondly, find out if they are booked before you send them to the kiosk. Now you have all of my information, a scan of my Drivers License and my Medicare card in your system.

Doctor was good. Girl who did initial eye check was rude and not appropriate. The two rooms we were in had filthy floors. Grass piles, lots of hair, dirt caked in the corners and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I pointed out the floor was dirty and her response was “I am not the janitor”. Office should be much cleaner for a doctor’s office.

Today I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time before seeing the physician. This is the second time with an excessive wait without any attention in the waiting room or apology for tardiness. Enough's enough!

Dr Donavan is the best doctor ever! He is very personable and explains everything well. He is the only reason I come back. The waits are very long and the check in process is a hassle, they text a check in but you still have to check in online,

I'm always pleased with the care I receive here. I'been using their services since I moved to the desert in 2015.

I was very pleased with how nice the staff is. I didn't wait for my appt. The Doctor was very thorough and discussed my exam results so that I understood clearly.
