Chase and Doug are the best in customer service, part precision and material yield within the Southern California area. From quote to delivery you can count on them. I have used several sloppy waterjet operators in the past who did my wrong. Now I don’t have to worry about that as I have found my “go to. ”

So I was in a jam on a section of marble on my pool. I called Milco and spoke with Chase. I explained it was a tight detail piece but it would make or break the over finish of the pool pillar. Without hesitation he said “come down right now and let’s do it”. Dropped off my marble and 2 hours later got a call saying it was ready. The marble cut piece was flawless beyond perfection and chase was beyond helpful and really “saved the day”. I will only use milco from here on out for any future projects!

My company has outsourced several waterjet projects to MILCO. So far we haven't had a single issue with them. I have personally picked up some of the parts myself and the staff all very friendly and accommodating.

Needed some custom cutting on an aluminum plate for an off-road car. I found Milco online with great reviews and thought I would give them a try. I dropped off my part, they made a quick CAD of the cut I needed and 24 hours later Chase called me to say the job is done. Customer Service, execution and quality were beyond my expectations. Doug and his crew did a great job! Even the receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful. I am grateful, I now have a new source for getting my custom work done.

I'm a Landscape Architect who occasionally creates designs that require one off fabrications. I have heard everything from "you want it when" to "we must have lost it". I WISH I'd found you guys 20 years ago. The whole experience made me feel like their most important customer. They've made me want to create one offs rather than avoid them just so I can work with them again.

I went to MILCO for their water jet cutting service. My part was fairly large in size (140 lbs.) and needed a quick turn around. Chase and Doug were very helpful and willing to work with us in getting my part cut to the best quality possible in the shortest turn around time. In the end, I got my part back in two days and the cut on it was awesome. MILCO knows what they're doing, I highly recommend them.

In my experience it is rare to find aerospace grade manufacturers that will even respond back to small job inquiries let alone do them. So taking the time to do a tiny intricate one off job for an artist means A LOT. Thank you!

I had a small, time sensitive water jet order and Chase Miller went above and beyond to meet my deadline. When other shops quotes an 8 week leadtime, MILCO worked to fit me into one of their machines. This will always be the first shop I call whenever I need parts made.

I work with very few vendors who are as quick to respond and advise on a project as MILCO. They deliver top quality work, on time, and for the best price I've found. Can't ask for anything better from a vendor.

We realized at the 11th hour that we were missing a part which needed to be cut using water jet. Our Senior Hardware Engineer called MILCO at 11am on a Friday and they produced the parts THE VERY SAME DAY by 430.
