Really appreciate the team that works here. I had been wanting my mom to try some quality shoes, and not only were they knowledgeable about shoe needs, but the customer service was above the rest. At the end of the day, we bought shoes for my mom and I too found some new unexpected gems. Buy local. Customer service matters. Also, thank you for the discount. I’ll be bringing my grandma next ;)

Huge thanks to Shelby for adding value to my shoe-buying experience. It was super easy, efficient, educational, and fun! Shelby picked out 4 shoes based on my fit, performance, and biomechanical needs. It’s like he read my mind! Within just a few minutes, we hit the jackpot. I learned how to tie a runner’s loop, which helped make my new shoes fit best. They were super comfortable, lightweight, durable, exactly what I needed and wanted, without all the stack height or excessive cushion.

Shelby and the rest of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and informative rather than sales-oriented. They gladly answer running related questions, with the best sense of humor and most positive attitude. Both stores offer an extensive selection and are bound to carry what you need.

I recommend this store to all runners, athletes, as well as folks on their feet all day who need extra arch support.

Two years ago at this store I discovered the perfect pair of shoes for my collapsed arches: the Hoka Speedgoat 4. Never heard of Hoka prior. Just tried them on and didn't wanted to take them off.

One month ago I came back hoping to buy another pair of these Hokas. Although Milestone didn't carry this exact pair, their salesman Alex spent a considerable amount of time helping me find the right pair. He showed me 6 pairs of shoes before my feet felt like they were walking on clouds again. Impressively, Alex helped me while helping another pair of customers find their perfect match.

Basically, I came hoping to buy a great product once again, and I stayed because of Alex's helpful spirit and expertise, which led me to discover a different stellar shoe.

Still the best running shop in SD. They will help you buy the best shoes for your running form. The staff is also super rad! They are super knowledgeable about all the shoes and gear they carry. They do special orders. You can test the shoes. They host weekly runs and all the running clubs. Stop in and check it out.

I will admit, before going to Milestone-which is only 5 min from where I live-I went all the way up to a big corporate chain that rhymes with "toad stunner". Immediately turned off by the fact I had to give out contact information and wait 30 min just to try on shoes, I went to Milestone.

Julie went above and beyond bringing out different shoe styles and listening to my feedback. She took the time to educate me on the general principles for finding a great fit for a running shoe. I also learned that I have been buying my shoes a couple sizes too small which would explain why my feet hurt all the time.

Left with a brand new pair of Brooks and I am genuinely excited to run without my feet killing after a half mile. Top notch store, great/knowledgeable staff, varied selection of shoes, and an awesome 30-day policy. Don't hesitate to come in if you need new running shoes!

I showed up to make sure I purchase the correct shoe size online. Most stores don’t carry my shoe size. But I learned that I need to size up from what I have been wearing. I highly recommend this store if you have shoe questions or need a new pair! They have a cute dog inside that my girls adored!

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t carry a size that fits me. But they were very helpful in finding where I could get a pair.

Helpful, straight forward and got me fixed up with shoes I needed to help with preventing future flare-ups in my feet. It's important to invest in your feet!

I came in for new running shoes being semi-unfamiliar with what my options were. The staff were very helpful and helped me chose the right shoes based on my running habits and goals. They even let me take short runs around the block to make sure I could really get a good feeling for each shoe I tried. It’s a small shop but it’s full of so many options! I would definitely recommend visiting this place! I had a great experience and will come back again when it’s time for a new pair.

This is an absolute amazing store! Huge shoutout to Mick, Julie, and Shelby. I have had two surgeries on my foot over the past 18 months, and this was the first store that I found the expertise and compassion I needed to find the right footwear to help me back to training. After a year, I was back in at Milestone, and huge massive shout to Shelby who spent a considerable amount of time educating me and helping me to understand what I need in a shoe going forward as I hit new levels of recovery.

Shelby and his colleagues at Milestone are the reason that internet sales will never be able to compete with the product knowledge and results that come from a seeking professional advice on something, especially as important as our health. This is the only running store I go to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable of shoes. The appearal is always paired nicely with other outfits. As well as the sales rack, some good finds for sure, not random junk you see in stores.
The group runs on Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m. Are great it's my time to run and take my stress out on the pavement. On occasion, they will have pizza, drinks, and gear they give out for attending the group run. That's NOT including the raffle after each run. Have you ever seen a Nike store do this? I found this place during a group run, and we were able to try on shoes, go for a run, and have the option to purchase afterward. I was blown away! I found a new brand of shoes I loved. Hoka. And a place I felt safe to run in the evening as you're running with 40+ other runners. Dylan, and Greg are awesome! As well as the gentleman who does the raffles after the runs (ahhh I need to find out your name) I love your research of what national day it is and correlate it with the prizes. Anywho this was long over due. See you soon!

Incredible customer service. No longer a runner, but needed advice on shoes for walking in August. There was incredible. He provided me with numerous options and gave advice that was clear and concise. Very happy with the store.

Grand variety of shoes to choose from, management is iconic and shows integrity, sales persons are extremely helpful and will take as much time as you need to get the best shoe for your intended running style. Shoutout to Dylan (sp?) for being so patient

My running coach recommended this store, after going I don't know why. I would have saved $50 if i bought online. I walked in with high hopes but unfortunately the lady who helped me. Skipped through about 4 of the steps in the fitting process thats mentioned on the website. They kind of looked down at the shoes I was wearing, showed me the wall with shoes. Asked me what i ran on and my size and grabbed me a few shoes. I think i recall their version of gait analysis was me running through the store while they video taped it, which is pretty funny had i done it. They were nice (hence the 3 stars) but they offered no knowledge or insight, real recommendations. It was like being helped at a big box store but you pay significantly more for the same shoes.

I went here for the first time my recommendation from Kinetic performance. I was really impressed with Dylan’s knowledge.he was able to quickly listen and find the most appropriate shoe for me. I definitely will be going back.
