Milk Tea Lab, South San Francisco CA

We love milktea lab because they have a lot of options and you can customized your drink in so many ways. The store manager is very nice and she delivered the drinks to my baby shower by herself and they have all the drinks in the coolers so the drinks can be kept in fresh.

The service was good and friendly, but the drinks are not. The artificial flavors were really strong in Honey milk tea and peach milk tea. At 70% sugar they were still too sweet.

Very good chewy and soft boba which is super important. They also have some great toppings choice like Mango star, egg pudding, grass jelly, white boba, etc. I would recommend it

It’s fine it has cut decorations and everything but the bubble teas taste bad like I’m being real like when I ordered a mango bubble tea thing it was like s mango sprite then a bobas it was bad but the service is pretty good they were nice but yea

I love them they were suuuuper nice she made sure we liked our drink! And they had dairy free milk and the boba is so soft and chewy

The owner, I believe her name is Ms. Wan, is so friendly! We were here to pick up an order for my sister in law (a HUNDRED boba drinks, to be exact) and she lent us 2 coolers and lots of ice to transport the drinks. Haven't officially bought from here yet but I think I will soon!

During my trip to San Francisco, I ordered here 4 different times, and every time I enjoyed my drinks very much. The employees were super friendly, and they were very patient when I couldn't make up my mind as to what to order. Luckily there was no longer behind me. Lol

This place has great bubble tea at good prices. The atmosphere doesn't exactly encourage one to consume on-site but people go here for takeout anyways.

Do not order milk tea with any toppings, cuz is not really milk tea taste like, a lot of cheap and
artificial Sweeteners and essences. We threw away all the milk tea cups after took several sips. Totally waste our money.

Atmosphere is gone come in for the Boba and get out. Do not buy the stickers or toys pretty sure that stuff is from wish.

Boba is great I wish the ramen machine was back online

The mango lover drink was good. It reminded me of a mango/condensed milk pudding dessert that I like. The jelly thingies they have in their drink have good texture.
