Worst customer service! Hire more professional front end services, that care! Who ever you hire now is the worst leaving for a better service and professional that actually care.

Dr. Kim is awesome! Needed a root canal and he was so gentle and almost painless. He’s only there Tues/Weds. I have passed dental traumas as a child, and he was able to ease my anxieties and comfort me. He is an excellent dentist. You’re welcome.

The dental assistant is amazing! I called the nearest dentist to me, been needing a new Dr, finally went in with pain and overdue for cleaning and exam. I found my new family dentist! Clean office, Professional Staff, Understanding, Best in Otay!

Are usually don’t have a bad experience with this place, but they told me that there was no charge for something and then three months later sent me a bill obviously if I knew there was a charge for something I wouldn’t have got it done

Love the staff! They are so cheerful and welcoming sometimes I forget I’m at the dentists office.

Dr. Kim is very good and understanding, I was running late because I forgot about my appointment and he accommodated me quickly. His work on my teeth was excellent and he was thorough with his explanation.

I'm new to the area, and I'm looking for a dentist in the area on February 13th, 2023 in the evening. I was interested and excited that I found a new Dentist right up the street from my house.
Unfortunately, I never got acknowledgment while standing at the front desk for 2 or 3 minutes.

I completely understand if no one knew I was at the front desk; however, one staff member, a lady who came out to the lobby, walked right past me standing at the front desk and addressed another patient sitting down, and told them to come to the back.
Then this same lady, about 1 minute later, reappears from back. I can see her from the window. Once again, nobody said anything to me, all I wanted was a “Sir we will be right with you” at this point I had given up on this dentist's office. CUSTOMER SERVICE is CRITICAL!

I love this dental office. Starting from the intake process, procedure and to the end of my visit, all the staff is professional and kind. They explain everything about your treatment, genuinely care for their patients and make sure you feel at ease with your experience.

Staff puts you at ease the moment you make contact. Very professional, courteous, work is done quickly with no long waits during procedures. The best dentist office I have ever visited. I'm very happy with their work.

Rebecca is a great hygienist, Karen takes really good care of you, super tentative. Highly recommend then. They always have their smiles on and the best attitudes.

Updated (for 07/27/22 visit) : Yet again Rebecca is the best and Dr. Kim is friendly and straight to the point. They've made it painless to get my regular cleanings done!

I love the team at Millenia Dental. Rebecca is the reason I stay, she makes routine cleaning quick and painless. Dr. Kim is also so great, he makes sure that I am aware of what needs to be kept up!

I had my cleaning and my x ray taken with Rebecca and she was amazing. Super nice and explain me everything that she was doing and I didn’t felt any pain. I’m coming back for a deep cleaning and some filings next week

I love this office. For someone who has anxiety about dentist appointments, they did a great job making me feel comfortable, explaining everything they were doing, and outlining a plan that fit my budget and goes at a pace that doesn’t seem overwhelming. Very friendly and professional- highly recommend.

I had such a pleasant experience at Millenia Dental. Rebecca was my dental hygienist and boy howdy, she knows what she's doing.
She will single handedly give you the treatment you need while delivering A+ customer service. Her professionalism is out the window as she explains all the procedures in easy to understand ways and keeps you in the loop with everything that happens during your visit.

They were kind over the phone but in person not so/I was on time in fact early and a 2: 00 appointment the dentist came in the door at 2: 06 they didn’t call me back for 20min then he spoke to me mine you i had been waiting for him but then went to another patient and took care her leaving me to wait for his return before he could just explain to me what he could do for my dental problem
I think it’s unprofessional to have someone wait for you as if your time isn’t important

I came in with my boyfriend for an emergency appointment on a root canal on his tooth and Jose at the front was very helpful and got me seen on the same day as well. He answered all the insurance questions and breakdowns which was very informational. The staff was very helpful and professional. Rebecca did a great dental cleaning job on my teeth. I left with a big smile, knowing that I can get my dental work done here affordably. And even got some free stuff:)

Was taken care of by Millenia, thankful I called when I did. Seems its a way God showing me there are still good people on earth. If your looking for an honest, reliable dentist, go here, you wont be sorry!
