Bakery Milohas reviews
24 Love the Empanadas. Better when fresh but good anytime. If you like Kolaches these are just as good and they have sausage rolls.
Everything is made with an amazing dough!
Absolutely the best customer service with food to match! Ordered catering for our team event and everyone enjoyed the empanadas and guava fingers. I highly recommend this family business for any event!
Please visit this charming little delicious place. Wonderful empanadas and juices. You won't regret it! Nice to see smiling faces across the counter!)
Delicious empanadas with a good combination of flavors between the dough and the fillings. The Maracuya drink and the chocolate mousse are the best. Just a piece of advice buy it to go because you will want to repeat or try different items. The customer service was great. It was nice to see the owners fully involve in the business. For sure we will repeat.
I love going to this place since they first opened. A wide selection of tasty Columbian empanadas, tropical fruit ice creams and smoothies that all made in-house, and good coffee.
Man there were good and the staff were incredibly friendly. If you're adventurous then just ask them what they think is great and be in for a treat. Everything with cheese is amazing and the smoothies and other options aside from the empanadas are all great. Not great for big groups due to the seating limits, but would be great to call ahead and pickup for home!
Delish, we almost tried one of everything! I liked the ham and cheese one the best. I love cheese and it was loaded with cheesey goodness.
Food is pretty good. Service is lacking. Ordered a vegetarian option and was given a chicken option, discovered after taking a bite. They need a better system to differentiate their products. No apology at all. Staffed by teenagers probably not equipped to handle busy periods.
I love their ice cream amd tropical juice! Baked goods are also amazing! A very nice placy for a family brunch!
Really flavorful empanadas! I got the Hawaiian one which has pineapple, ham, and cheese, the Beef and Potatoes one, and the Apple one. All three were absolutely delicious! After finishing, I took some home for my family to try. We will be returning for sure!
Sells mainly empanadas. And they are sooo good and Not to be missed. Clean indoor seating with a few tables outside. Good service. They also had a hotdog 'finger' which is hotdog wrapped in the empanada dough.
I absolutely love this place. This time around I ordered 2 sausage a large beef, and a regular chicken empanada. No regrets, ever. I didn't have any dessert empanadas this time, but they are great, too!
My fav place.flavorful chicken empanadas, must try. Last two visits, disappointed never have summer salad. Quench your thrist with guava drink or Columbian soft drink.
I absolutely LOVE this place! Ever since my Fiance has introduced me to Milohas, it has been the only place I want to eat at in San Jose. Maybe it's the pregnancy cravings or the fact that everything is so fresh. Their juices are off the hook, the dough the empanadas are in are flaky and scrumptious. I love them, and the staff are very friendly. Oh and you have to try the Guava fingers. I want to but the whole tray when I'm there.
A true Colombian cafe located in the South Bay. The Roscóns are amazing, as is the Lulo juice. And the pandebono con bocadillo. Everything is amazing. Just get everything.
Very nice casual bakery/cafe specializing in Colombian pastries. Nice decor, good variety, and delicious food.
That Pineapple Empanada and the fresh juices were pretty good. Flavors in the meat Empanadas were on point as well.
I've tried several empanadas and they were delicious. I enjoyed the Hawaiian empanada which has a combination of ham and pineapple. It was a little bit on the sweeter side, but I also got a traditional chicken/need to balance the palette. Their juices are good too.
This family owned Colombian bakery is a must see! They have traditional empanadas, as well as American inspired ones- ham/pineapple and turkey/sage. Super delicious food, friendly service, and an opportunity to learn about South American food culture by the informational plaques on the wall. Do yourself a favor and visit!
Excellent Colombian bakery, very friendly owners and service!
Have a variety of fresh tropical fruit juices like Guava, custard apple etc.give them a try. Also a vast array of delicious empanadas and other south american baked treats. A definite visit if you're nearby.
