Good idea to make reservations. Fast, friendly service and excellent food. And although not an Italian original, this is the only place in Little Italy that makes an Alfredo sauce.

Slow service. But delicious pasta. We ordered Fettuccine Clams and a choose your own pasta - best Marinara sauce I had.

The best Italian food around. Pretty much every thing is all hand made and you can taste the flavors. Will only go there when we want Italian from now on.

Great Italian food. Their online menu is not the same as in restaurant. We ordered build your own pasta. The quattro formaggio sauce is divine, but the marinara is a little thin for our taste. Cannoli's are very good. Service was spectacular.

First time to Little Italy walked around and found Mimmo's! So glad we found this place. It has the most authentic Italian interior and the FOOD is AMAZING! The service was a lot of fun and the menu is very affordable for the area. You can walk all around Little Italy but make sure you eat here. We also sat at the bar while we waited on our table and they were great! All Hail Little Italy! Oh and don’t forget to take a picture outside the restaurant by the Little Italy sign that spans the road!

Terrific dining establishment in the heart of Little Italy. Chose supper on a Saturday around 8: 30 and we were seated right now. There's both interior and outside seats. Service was good. The food was outstanding! As a starter warm bread is highlighted with seasoned oil for dipping. I got the smudged hen which was seasoned exceptionally with a velvety Spanish sauced pasta which was so tasty! My mama obtained the poultry Marcela which she really took pleasure in also! For treat we got tiramisu cake as well as a cannoli. They cannoli had a lemon tip to it as well as the tiramisu was very delicious!

We stopped in for dinner, the interior decor was very authentic and the food was good. I had the Caesar Salad and the chicken Parmesan. Both were really great.

Mimmo's solid Italian mainstay in Little Italy. Nice heated patio for people watching/sightseeing:)

Met a customer here on my sales route last year. Great paninis and the Italian sodas are addicting! Just delicious all around. I closed the deal and went home to sleep after eating wayyyy too much at lunch.

Mimmos is in the heart of Little Italy San Diego. Great Italian food. Good portions too. The service is friendly and fast.

Terrible! I stopped by and be asked if we can get a table I was told they were understaffed. Terrible. If your understaffed then close. Go next door to Nonna's. They were more than happy to accommodate. The food was amazing as well.

Scrumptious Italian food. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some authentic food with quick service and great views of little Italy. I'll be back!

It's a nice restaurant. The decoration is interesting. Food is average quality and a bit pricy.

Holy cow this pizza was amazing. Meatball sub was pretty good too. Service was on point. If you’re in the area eat here.

Good food! Service was a little sub-par. Had to ask for drink refills. Waiting staff seemed overwhelmed. No A/C in the building.

Good food and friendly service. Make sure you go on a Wednesday night for half price wine bottles!
