Mind Body does not take care of their customers. My new studio has lost over $600 in monthly revenue due to a "bug" on their end that is not auto renewing payments or storing billing information. We were told it was not our fault, yet they cannot help us or compensate for the hundreds of dollars they cost us. This amount of lost revenue can sink a studio. When on the phone with "support" we were refused higher help and then hung up on. The one star we give them is simply because we cannot give them 0.

They appear to outsource everything, hence they don’t even have a sales team to follow up on new business. I’m quite sure the owners are enjoying their wealth (nice work), but forgot to remind their management team how they made it big in the first place. I’ve reached out many times about a new account and they do not reply. Would be awesome if there was a good competitor that comes along and takes their clients! The time is now.
