I had a wonderful first time experience with MHS. She felt very warm and genuine. Asked great questions and I felt really heard. She made me excited to continue this journey, even if it will be rough some days.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Liu very quickly. She really understood my case and was helpful in getting me what I needed. Prescriptions were also ordered very smoothly. Dr. Liu is fast and communicative.

Joe Hibbeln is great! He is very personable and easy to talk to. He takes into consideration your concerns when he is prescribing medications. He also is very good at explaining the medications in a way that is easy to understand so you know why he is prescribing them to you.

Dr. Joe Hibbeln has made all the difference in my life. He has helped me through many of the most difficult events. He listens with an open ear and gives advice that is both wise and kind. I have been a patient of Krishna Bezwada's for several years and would highly recommend him. He has a friendly demeanor and is thorough, taking the time to ask questions and provide recommendations. He ensures that your overall health is taken into consideration as well. My appts always start on time and are never rushed, and any follow up needs are responded to quickly.

I booked this appointment at midnight due to having a sore throat and needing to be soon first thing in the morning. The provider was great she listened to all my concerns and you can tell she genuinely cares and she made sure to address them all without being dismissive like some providers may do. Staff were friendly and made sure you were comfortable with any test they had to perform before doing so. Glad I found her on here! I visited the clinic for a few months in 2023 for help with sleep related issues. I found the service very professional and efficient with the doctor showing a lot it empathy for my issue. Most importantly the service was very effective, my sleep improved to such a degree I stopped needing to see the doctor after 8 sessions

I contacted Dr. Krishna Bezwada to discuss my depression and some addiction issues, as well as a few problems I had been having in my marriage. First, I had no problems scheduling with Dr. Krishna Bezwada and was able to get a appointment with him within the week. It seemed difficult finding an insurance-based psychiatrist up here in Sonoma County but was happy that Dr. Krishna Bezwada would work with my insurance, even though I had to go to the city to see her. Fortunately, I have regular business in the city anyway.

The counselors were great active listeners, very thoughtful, and very caring in their approach and provided great worksheets and books to read.
