The mission is no longer their priority to put the patient first. I had been going there for 3 years now. They are using the TMS chairs as ATM machines. Now under new management, a psychiatrist there told me their business practices are not reliable. He even recommended to find another psychiatrist that can provide TMS treatment. He could not guarantee that at I would at least get three sessions a week. They will cancel appointments with short notice, but they want you to pay $175 if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Perhaps some offices in other locations are able to provide better services. I would not recommend services in Wanut Creek, Stockton, or Sacramento unless they are your last option. To be seen as soon as possible I made an appointment with one of their new psychiatrists and they called me an hour before my appointment to say he referred me to another office. He assumed that it would better gor me to see another psychiatrist at a different office. He didn't even take the time to talk to me first. Maybe he should hear the patient out before making that type of assumption.

Dr. Satya Shah was very kind and compassionate. She demonstrated a high level of skill and has helped me work on issues I have struggled with for years. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to improve their lives by successfully addressing any issues they may want to deal with.

Dr. Alexander Malekzadeh was very welcoming and gave me very encouraging advice. I highly recommend her services.

Palei Alfaro is an amazing therapist who is helping my with my OCD and general life management. She is kind, intelligent, and wise. She really listens and cares about people. I feel inspired and capable after our sessions.

Everyone who I encountered was very engaging, made me feel at home and welcomed. Checked to see if I had questions or concerns, I was treated nicely. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a their services.

I was charged a late fee when I lost a family member and didn't have enough time to cancel ahead of appointment. On top of the additional unexpected charge, they continue to have unprofessional billing issues. I paid $120 late fee on that day including a copay for an appt I didn't have. Then my bill was $858, next $750. Finally saying I actually owe $50 additional towards my late cancellation appt. It's ridiculous. I think getting ahold of DMV is easier than their billing department.

Dr Palei Alfaro was wonderful and professional! She really takes the time to listen to you and gives you an assessment for your first few visits. She has come up with a new medication plan that’s directly for what I need. I switched psychiatrists due to the other doctor not giving medication that’s actually directed to for need and kept trying to up the dosages even though I said it did not work or gave me bad side effects; he did not really switch medications; didn’t explore other options, other than tms which won’t work for me in my mental conditions and it is not recommended. I enjoy having an hour long session with Dr. Palei Alfaro versus having a 20-30 session with my other psychiatrist. I definitely recommend having her as your psychiatrist

I think the doctor was very detailed in her practices. She is very patient and understanding. She created a great health plan and goals for me. Best doctor ever!

Have known Dr. Alexander Malekzadeh for several years now. He is professional, honest, trustworthy, caring, understanding and most importantly down to earth. He truly has a calling to help people and most importantly help you. His attention to details (listening to you speak) and his his ability to bring out the best in you are excelente. You will not be disappointed with him nor his team.

If your anything like me, your looking at this recovery center in comparison to others and are sitting there thinking, 100+ 5 star reviews.something seems fishy here. I would encourage you to set aside your scepticism and choose this recovery facility. The staff, everyone from the chemical dependency technicians to their counselors to the teachers that come to the house are recovering addicts with varying degrees of clean time that understand the process of recovery and have empathy for the clients there.

Dr Satya Shah has been very patient and understanding as I am trying to find a balance with different prescription options. He is very helpful and his assistant Roger is very responsive and quickly gets back to me with appointment options. I highly recommend this office.

I've been seeing Satya for just a little over a month now. I've seen 2 other therapists in the past and I can't believe how different she is. She gives me useful tools and is helping me on my journey toward loving myself, being a better partner and and healthcare practitioner.

Felt like a humiliating scam - I had much better luck at the wright clinic and paid wayyyyyy less

For my first appointment with Satya Shah, I had a good session. But then the clinic kept canceling my next appointment. This happened thrice so there was no continuity and it feels like a wasted effort to see a doctor at MHS. Best stay away from them.

They didn't even bother calling when they said they would. I am glad I am in a better place mentally right now, but I cannot believe they treat people this way who are in the state they are in. They should be shut down.
