Absolutely love Dr. Singh and Mindpath Health in general. I’ve been a patient for roughly 10 years. I’m always able to get an appointment very quickly and the doctors there genuinely listen and have their patients’ best interests at heart. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Dr is very concerned about the safety and well-being of the patient. We can trust her and feel comfortable discussing our problems.

Allison is a fantastic PNP. She listens without judgement and offers great choices for therapy. Always great to speak with her.

Dr Simrita Singh is an amazing doctor and she listens to what I have to say. I don’t feel like a number! Wonderful bedside manner.

I've seen on a monthly basis, my psychiatrist Zainab Al-Dhaher; via Zoom. Before Zoom however the appointments were in person.

They've undergone some internal changes recently and at first it was uncomfortable. Now that I'm settling into the way things are operated, I am more comfortable and my phone calls mostly get returned. I have no desire to stop seeing and having my brain medications prescribed and managed by her. She has treated me like a human not some broken-down shell of a woman whose different now due to my diagnoses and what that means for me.

The office personnel has changed and that took some getting used to but the people answering the inbound calls have tamed down their arrogance and lack of empathy and thats really good as theres no reason for the cold disconnected judgmental attitudes' of so many new hires; it's bad for business. I'm grateful for the changes that will be or have been implemented regarding this sore subject.

I've been a client of MindPath Health's nurse practitioners since 2019, starting with them back when they were Community Psychiatry. I have no complaints about the practitioners here at MindPath. Laura Compton has possibly been one of the most patient, thorough, and kind practitioners I have ever had in my mental health journey. I would give her individual practice 5 stars at any point in the past 3 - 4 years.

But, the front office staff is what I'm rating this company for today.

The front office staff is neutral at best. Rude and dismissive at worst and more often they veer towards the worst. With mental health already stigmatized and an uphill battle in this country, this is hurtful plus stressful and a deterrent to calling for care. If I was new to mental healthcare, I would be turned off right away before establishing care here.

My practitioner is leaving the practice and requested I either e-mail or call to discuss with her who I wanted to transition my care to and to discuss briefly my medication management.

I attempted to e-mail last week and didn't receive a response back.

Today I called to attempt to get the e-mail information so that I could provide the name and discuss briefly the next steps in my medication management until I establish care with the new psychiatrist. Ruben, the front office staff member who answered the phone, would not provide me with the general office e-mail to then refer to my practitioner. He asked why I needed to tell Laura this information. I explained that it was so that Laura could discuss with my next psychiatrist my history with therapy & medication management. He proceeded to tell me that it wasn't necessary to tell Laura directly who I was transitioning care to because "it's all in our system anyway. " I finally just asked if he could pass on my request for her to call me. He said he would and the call was ended. I'm concerned (and, yes, anxious) and don't trust that he will pass on my request based on how I was treated.

My practitioner requested information from me. I attempted to provide that information. Instead of relaying the information or explaining to me why he couldn't provide an e-mail- Ruben instead made me feel like I was a problem. That this requested information wasn't important to pass on and that my ongoing medical care with the company - and the transition of it to a new person- wasn't important either. This wasn't an acceptable or professional way for medical office staff to act.

Once you finally get a doctor they are very helpful. I needed help with something and I was able to get an appointment fairly quick after normal appointment. Doctor somewhat listens meaning if I feel my worries are important/serious she makes it feel oh that’s normal everyone deals with it.

I had an appointment with a psychiatrist and her caring, professionalism and solution for my particular situation has changed my life. If you feel depressed or agoraphobic or hopeless, please reach out to Mindpath as I did.
