Receptionist was the sweetest but my actual psychiatrist/doctor was not helpful and quite frankly judgmental and left a bad taste in my mouth

Do I even have to give a star to leave a review? Tiffany Cao was terrible. Lack of empathy, personality, warmth…how is she even in this position? Wasted 45 minutes of my life speaking to her about details of my life.

AVOID! First, there is a revolving door at this place, and you will be transferred without notice from one provider to another, and forced to repeat hour-long "intake interviews" every time. Second, scheduling anything sooner than 6 weeks out is impossible. They want you on a regular 1-3 month schedule of visits (which is normally fine), but if you have an urgent question or concern or a medical need to change your medications right away, they will give you a really hard time. Today, I had a 9: 30am appt (in writing), and the doctor signed on at 10am, saying 9: 30am is her break time. No apology. This is typical behavior. Finally, and most importantly, Dr. Kao has a profound lack of empathy or ability to connect with patients. When asked directly why she didn't seem to have more empathy for a heartbreaking medical situation, she answered "because you're not following the rules"-referring to my need for an urgent appointment rather than waiting 6 weeks to be seen. Medication management, by definition, requires doctors to be available should the medication cause serious side effects or interactions and require urgent changes. Dr. Kao's refusal to understand this amounts to gaslighting and puts patients in harm's way.

Was given earlier appointment and session started promptly. Grateful for the help from Dr Cao.

Easy to schedule appointments with provider. Accessible enough where you only need to do video appointments.

I've been seeing Dr. Tiffany Cao for some time now and she's extremely kind, patient, and communicative. She always addresses all of my concerns and it helps to have somebody like her helping manage my mental health/medications. In addition, the facility staff members are all super kind - it's quick and easy to schedule follow-up appointments and have medications refilled, and there's a lot of reminders and communication before and after each appointment. I'm glad I found this place and it's been a huge help for me.

The appointment, check-in and Zoom sessions are easy and hassle free. The therapist is knowledgeable, informed of my file and easy to talk to. A great experience all around.

I love Mindpath Health! They are always available and are always making sure your appointment is scheduled as well as reminding for your appointments. They are so on it when it comes to communication! I love my psychiatrists office.
