This place has good deals on cordless power tools. They lack personal but other than that its a friendly Ace.

Bad neighbor! It's 6: 20 a.m. And there's someone running a leaf blower. Every Thursday they do this despite it being against the local noise ordinance. One morning they were running chainsaws!

Love this hardware +store, came over from the central valley. Maybe it's the weather, but people are so nice at the store keep up the great hospitality. My brother in law comes over here to vacation to and even if he doesn't need anything he always finds something at Miner's Hardware.

I love having this awesome little store in my neighborhood. The employees are all very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Sometimes I will go to the Miner's in Arroyo Grande only because their garden section is larger but Grover Beach Miner's is my first choice!

I have lived in the five cities my entire life and this has always been the go to hardware store for my entire family. I usually have a good experience here although I did have my first grumpy worker about two weeks before the shut down. I was looking for some parts to install a brand new dryer that has been converted to propane. When I went into that section there was a man with long hair sitting on the floor stocking or organizing. I told him that I was looking for the hose that goes from the gas line to the dryer but that it is converted to propane. He told me they don’t have things like that there and I responded that the website said that they do. As I was trying to look up on your website the hose that said it was capable of passing propane or gas another employee walked by and asked if I needed some help. The man with the long hair told him no she doesn’t need help she’s looking for some thing that she said we have but I don’t know what she’s talking about. Then I said to the other employee that asked if I needed help that that was not the case that I need a hose for my dryer that can pass Propane. He handed me a hose and said this should work pretty good. Then the man with the long hair said well how long do you need it I said about 2 feet I think should be good. He was like well you should’ve taken measurements first. I then responded with well if it doesn’t fit may I return it and he said yes if you keep the receipt. Then I said I also need to get some of that aluminum hose stuff for the vent and he straight looked me in the face and said how long I can’t help you unless you tell me how long you need it. Then I responded just give me the longest one and I’ll cut it if I have to. He was very rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome and when I came back home i was so shook up. My mom was over at my house and wanted to go there herself and personally lecture the man because that’s her demeanor. I did tell her that is not necessary. After hooking it up I actually had an extra part I didn’t need that I paid for. But since that man was so rude I didn’t want to go back in there to return it so I just threw it away.
I’ve been back in since and did not see that man there but I will avoid him at all cost the next time I go in, he was very grumpy and very rude.

Miner's Ace Hardware has been around Since 1958.
I have never seen anywhere the customer service they provide. Truley the best hardware store on the Central Coast.

Locally, family owned all-around hardware store, several locations in the area. Helpful local staff. I go there often for fasteners, bird food, plants/nursery, etc.

The first time that I visited this business; I was immediately impressed with the quality of service. The fact that two of their employees took the time to make certain what I needed was available, and that they reserved what I was looking to purchase was set aside.
I will give this business the highest praise possible according to U. S. M. C.

The young lady at checkout noticed my t-shirt was inside out and backwards. We had a great laugh. Isn't life great when we can laugh

Miners is a great store for all the handy man needs and garden plus paint but tends to be a bit pricey.

The hardware store has anything you could need. And the workers are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great customer service, there is always someone right there to help you find anything! Easy to get in and out!

This is the place we all talk about. If they don't have it you don't need it. Lots of well informed employees there and they really know the store and there business.

This particular Ace Hardware has perhaps, the most attentive staff, demonstrating the most outstanding example of customer service among this franchise of stores. As can be expected of course, prices tend to be higher than that of thier larger corprate counterparts, yet in light of the exceptional guaranteed customer satisfaction perks, this is of no consequence.

Can almost always find what I need here. Not a mom and pop store any longer, but still nice place to shop.

Nice little community hardware store that has most of your hardware related needs, with nice, helpful staff working there.

High priced, limited choices in nursery for this area, confusing checkout area, terrible parking. But it's the only hardware store and we have an account, so it's convenient.
