It was great! Lakshmi always does my pretests and ensures I’m comfortable. She explains everything to me and is patient as I navigate through the different tests. She’s so sweet, caring, and always goes above and beyond for people. I love her! Dr. Lauren is great as well. She’s super informative and easy to talk too. Those two always make my experience there great and why I love coming back.

I like Dr. Pham very much. She explains everything very well. When I asked her what she sees when someone has macular degeneration, she took the time to show me on the computer what it actually looks like. (Thankfully, I don't have it) It's nice when a doctor takes the time to answer your questions and educate you.

Dr. Pham gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had from an optometrist, and I have had a lot over the years. She took her time to examine my eyes and explain everything. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Pham was extremely nice, very thorough for a first time patient, she even checked my eyes twice to make sure she was giving the right rx for my glasses. She asked a lot of questions, and again very through and made my experience comfortable. Will go back again.
Optical techs very knowledgeable but I chose not to buy glasses there.

Taylor was very helpful and got me the best deals concerning my glasses and sunglasses I purchased. She was a pleasure to work with. Dr Minh was also very informative and made me feel very comfortable. I have taken my son to the Whittier Len's Crafters location for the past 3 years and have always felt good after every experience so that's why I decided to get my own glasses here as well. This is a great place to get an eye exam. They have great customer service and the optometrist is very professional. I also like how I can get my glasses in a day instead of waiting for weeks to get them. If I have any questions they are also available to answer them which is great.

The Optometrist was amazing! Andrew Vasquez was extra helpful in teaching me the correct way to use my progressive glasses. There was also a blonde attendant up front who helped me find the best deal for me. Highly recommended.

This was my first eye exam ever and it was perfect. I actually got off work early and showed up to my appt an hour early. They totally accommodated me. It was fast and easy. I really felt comfortable with all the staff. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

The staff looked like they needed more help but all of them had great customer service and attitudes. Great doctor too!
