Mini Cooper Experts, Irwindale CA

This review is overdue. Ben is such an honest and trustworthy mechanic! And a honest mechanic is hard to find. He tells you how much is expected and pricing is much lower than most places I've checked. Took my mini in. It wasn't speeding up, and the (ENT?) light went on. Within an hour checked it, gave me the estimate parts/ labor, and was fixed within that hour. On another occasion, I called him about an estimate on my car honk not working and seat stopped going down. Instead of telling me to bring it in and charge me a diagnostic fee and to fix, he gave me a solution over the phone. Said to change fuse and to check seat for any change that may have gotten stuck. Also his playlist is. Got a new artist because of him. Which I'm always happy to find good music! As much as I don't want to take my mini in to get fixed cause who does, I'm definitely only coming to Ben from now on!

I am 72 years old and I have never had a mechanic that I can trust as much as him Ben Parker is the best you need to check them out if you have a Mini Cooper or a BMW. I am a Vietnam veteran and it's hard to trust anyone I've been around a lot of mechanics before and I really trust this guy with all of my cars so give him a try tell him Peterman sent you.

Ben is honest and really knows his stuff. I live in Palm Springs and there is only one Mini mechanic in the area and they’re ridiculously expensive and want to do things you don’t need. I came across Mini Experts in Irwindale. It was quite a drive but well worth it. Ben did the repairs on my Mini in 3 hours and now my Countryman drives great. It’s been several months since the work was completed and all is still great. Ben is now my go to mechanic. I mentioned repairs that the place local to me said I needed but Ben said they were not needed. There is a reason Mini Experts has a 5 star rating. Thanks Ben!

I spent 4 grand at another shop that had my car for 6 months just to tell me it's a lemon. Let me tell you, Ben fixed my car over the weekend for a couple hundred dollars. I will always drive the 30 min to see him because of the peace of mind and his incredible mini cooper skills.
