I’m so shocked. Gary and Dorothy were amazing people and the use of the truck to move was very clutch. But, recently, my unit was broken into along with several others In my row. They broke not only the padlock, but the hinge itself on the door and broke the door in with a crowbar. Tossed my stuff and stole stuff. Cameras didn’t catch anything in my row. Filed a police report and getting my stuff the heck out ASAP.

Not. Worth. It. They even have security! Asked about getting my lock hinge fixed and”it will
Happen soon, they have others to do”
Makes me feel so unsafe having anything there.

Had a bad experience 2 weekends ago, employee was late almost an hour, had to wait to get into my unit and he was very rude

High crime area and too many units get broken into. Approximately 18 units were broken into in 1 night.

Dorothy and Gary were very accommodating. Informing us of our options and procedures. The process was quick and easy after we ordered and reserved our space online to take advantage of the discounts. I saw the post that someone had their unit broken into. That really sucks but it happens in the enclosed ones too. Theft happens. Thats why you pay insurance. My friend had his unit broken into in Irvine. No storage facility is immune to morons. Its not like you’re storing gold bars or priceless artifacts. If you are, storage units aren’t for you. Their prices are competitive, location is convenient and staff is friendly.

Gary and Dorothy at the front office were amazing. They helped us get a storage to fit what we needed not just high priced. Definitely recommend to get a storage here if u are looking.

Where do I start? - I was there a year and didn't have any problems - then the last 2 months my unit has been broken into twice. A couple of weeks ago (Aug 2022) there were 12 units that were broken into on my row. What made it more painful is they say they had security there from 9pm - 5am. If you ask around - police / other locations around there - THIS PLACE IS BASICALLY LOADED WITH CRIME AND THE POLICE SAY THERE ISN'T MUCH THEY CAN DO! Rent here if you don't care if your stuff gets stolen! I won't be a victim here anymore!

Dorothy and Garry are great, helpful, and kind. They worked with my schedule and made my move in pleasant.

A big thank you to the couple that made renting a unit so easy. They made me feel like I've known them forever. Again thank you for your professionalism.

The ppl who run the show there are so polite and they're very respectful and considerate of everyone who has a unit there. All that they ask for in return is to show the same respect back.

Dorothy & Gary are awesome. They make it safe for all. This is the only place to go for a storage unit. Good office hours and great location hours. Thank you guys

This place is awesome! It was my first time renting out a storage, and Joan guided me through everything nicely. I loved the fact that the customer service at this place was on point! I had to give a shout out to Joan for her professionalism and great attitude. Overall, this place will always be my top pick if I need storage. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and friendly staff leading up to my move in day. They answered call my questions and helped with my reservation change for size upgrade.day of move in, Joan was extremely nice, offered us water and made sure every detail of paperwork was complete.got a great special too! Thank you!

Joan and Michael were super helpful! She welcomed me with delight and made sure I was comfortable.

I could tell Joan had a great heart as she greeted the homeless people nearby. I had to drop off some food for her to pass to the homeless people.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone else, people living there at night, no way to go in with truck to put in your things, we rent the storage in the afternoon and by the time we go to put in our stuff it have a lock wish she ask us if we have lock we told her yes we have our own lock she never told us they were going to put a lock by night there was no way to put our things in storage cause it was lock it was a waste of time and money. Someone told us to be careful cause 10 storages where open and stolen

The office lady she recognized she made a mistake not to told us about the lock but she didn’t refund us the deposit money the very next day when we cancel for the storage so very bad experience so NO DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE AT ALL
