This place is amazing! Everything you could ever want for inexpensive prices! You could spend hours here just browsing. Cute things, not junky or trashy. Very neat, clean, colorful, and classy. Only wish they would send items or open one closer to Boston.

Don't understand the hype.nothing justifies the overprice. You can get same or better quality items from Daiso, with cheaper price and more variety.

I went on this "website" in order to do some Black Friday shopping. After looking on the internet for like 10 minutes I finally saw one of the store had a website link next to it. I thought it strange that Only one offered a link but I was happy to see one. BUT to my disappointment it directed me to a one page picture advertisement of the store. I'm looking to purchase products. PLEASE make a website for us here in the USA, thank you.

Have purchased 3 different iPhone cords at different times, the longest one lasted was 16 days. They’re all garbage

I love their cosmetics and their massagers are nice. Everything in this store is affordable and durable. Staff is helpful.

Good for small gifts but horrible customer service. I bought some items for a gift and went back the next day to return one item. The register was not working so the clerk could not refund my credit card. I had some travel coming up and would not be back in the area for several weeks, so after the clerk tried texting her manager for 20 minutes she gave me a handwritten note that said to come back in the future to return the item even though it would be outside their 7 day return policy.
I came back a few weeks later and after taking 15 minutes to check with a manager, the staff would not accept my return. I understand the item was no longer being carried but they did absolutely nothing to help me feel ok about this. I lost a total of 35 minutes of my time and ended up giving away the little $10 trinket that they wouldn't refund. I just wanted something to make up for this - anything, even a little coupon for 25 cents off something would have made me said "hey their hands were tied but they tried and gave me something for my troubles". Now I'll go out of my way to bad mouth this store. End rant.

My new favorite store.the aesthetics of this store are great, the prices are great, most stuff is decent enough quality for the price. If you want super high quality on items please go elsewhere, if you want average quality for a great price along cute items come here

It's my favorite store for everything tiny thing you require for a great price. Unfortunately the store here is small and collection isn't as great. But still love miniso

This is a cute little place. It has a wide variety of things, but not a huge selection. They have some pretty useful things, like bento boxes, water bottles, makeup and make up remover, some electrical things, like headphones, phone chargers and charging cords, as well as the allusive TSA approved carryon clear bottles and bag. But like I said before, there isn't much to choose from, so if you don't like the design or color, you're pretty much up a creek. But overall I will be stopping here again to check out any new items.
