MinuteClinic at CVS, San Jose CA

Very irresponsible doctors at the clinic. I had strong COVID symptoms, self tested positive, and hoped to get medications for treatment. But Dr Arleen Comiso only applied antigen swab almost outside my nose to get a negative result, and of course didn’t prescribe anything. Now after another week of strong symptoms, I still tested positive. But taking Paxlovid is already too late. I’m only hoping my immune system is robust enough to get through it!

I had a TB test done here on a Tuesday morning and an appointment for the reading on Thursday morning. They called at last minute to cancel my appointment and I went to Saturday she make another appointment for Sunday morning 9: 10 am when I when to there it was close they open 9: 30 and I talked to the nurse she doesn’t say apologize also she told me I have to do again TB test and then she say I have to make payment again, By there fault I just left I didn’t do it again, they don’t have good service! I prefer don’t go there

Should call hours clinic. My appointment is at 4: 20pm. I checked in earlier at 3: 55pm. At that time only one patient is ahead of me. I waited more than an hour and at around 5: 00pm I had the chance to go inside to get just a flu shoot. Ridiculous place, should not call minute clinic, should call hours clinic!

They need to improve on managing their schedule. I had an appointment and waited for over one hour to be seen. I saw multiple people getting upset while being there because it was taking so long to be seen. Nobody even came out to give us an update of how much longer it would be. Terrible service. I would strongly advise to go somewhere else

Doctor has no time control in this place. 1 patient could take up to 30 min in the room which could result 1 hour wait for your turn.
Just go to your physician Doctor for quicker vaccine shots

I made my appointment online they don’t even care about it. Kiosk was a disaster didn’t find my appointment. They made me wait for 30 min to tell me I have to wait on the line. 8 months pregnant could not wait more.

To much slow service in minute clinic they need two person here i have appointment 10.40 am and still waiting never come back

This is specifically for the minutes clinic in the CVS located on Berryessa Road in San Jose, Ca. Don’t come to this place. First of all, my husband made the appointment for his immunization. When he got there, he had to wait over an hour to get his shot in 5 minutes. More importantly, the lady who worked there did not wear a mask. This is a violation since Santa Clara county requires everyone indoor in a public place to wear masks. For a Heath care worker, not wearing a mask is so irresponsible.

They're kiosk never works and always asks me for either a confirmation code or for me to enter all my info. I do both every time and it never works. Laat time I waited 40 minutes and this time I'm just here to pick up results and they're skipping me because I'm apparently not present. They always quickly close their door and never talk or explain. They just ignore everyone out here.

Supposed to welcome walk-ins vaccinations but they don't you try to file on cbs.com and it doesn't work and they were very hostile and I don't approve of it especially the location on Berryessa Road in San Jose

One minute clinic turned into 2 hour nightmare, INEFFICIENT STAFF, MALFUNCTIONING COMPUTER, VERY POORLY MAINTAINED

Went in to get my toddlers staples removed and the nurse was amazing! Very nice lady, everything was super quick! Had my appointment which I did online super easy, After checking in we where inside 5 min later. Definitely recommend!

Went in for a TB test with an appointment. No wait. Also got the flu shot and a titer test same appointment. Lauren was great

Really nice clinic. I got my vaccine here at Wednesday afternoon.

UPDATE

Came here on mother Saturday for Vaccine. Took me 45 min to wait in line.

I recommend people come here during workdays so there’re won't be waiting lines.

They called at last minute on Saturday to cancel my appointment, and said I could walk in any time Sunday morning for the read. They DID NOT say I needed to make another appointment. So I walk in on Sunday morning and wait for over an hour. The nurse practitioner Arlene Comiso did not apologise for cancelling my Saturday appointment, nor did she apologise for not advising me that I would need to make another appointment. Instead she told me I was being unprofessional for asking for her name. Unbelievable.

Visited last week, Merry Thomas was wonderful physician. She listen carefully about my problem and given the right medicine.

Update: I gave one star before I met the doctor. But she was so nice and fast with the vaccine. Extra stars for the doctor.

Tried to get a vaccine on Wednesday afternoon. It said estimated time to be 30 mins. But the waiting time never changed after signed up. Totally a waste of time.
