6I just walked out of this place. I spent about 20 minutes waiting in line and filling out my personal information on the computer.and the last page asked when I wanted an appointment. Of course I wanted the appointment today! The message was no appointment for today, again, after being in line and giving out my personal info. Such waste of time. Wouldn’t it be useful if they would put a sign saying “No appointments for today” C’mon CVS!
I had a TB skin test to be read, I arrived at their lunch break time but James Barr NP kindly read my skin test and gave me the report immediately. I had a busy schedule and could not go back again and his help was much appreciated.
Just went to the one in Arcadia, CA for some lab test and had the best service i had with any medical provider in a long time. Quick, efficient, friendly and listening. Made my day.
Had an appointment at 3: 15, arrived 15 minutes early just like they had suggested. After waiting an hour and ten minutes WITH having an appointment, they informed me they couldn't take my insurance (which their website said otherwise)
Their hours are listed as until 7 pm.
I arrived at 6: 40 pm on a Friday to get help with a worsening sore throat.
They said they see their last patient at 6: 30pm. They weren't even able to see me for something as simple as a sore throat.
They should list their hours as until 6: 30.
I told them I guess I would just gargle with vodka.
Miss Sandi got me in and out quick as a walk in. 5 stars for service. Wish I could give another star for how cute she was.
