MinuteClinic at CVS, Anaheim CA

Priscilla Tran was fabulous! I didn't have an appointment but she called the people on the schedule to see if they were coming. When she confirmed they weren't coming she got me right in. She was thorough, kind and helpful. I was feeling horrible and she got me in and out quickly. Thank you so much!

Had quite possibly the worst day in my life before i came here.i was running late and my appointment had automatically cancelled, but dorothy smith was able to admit me anyways.she was kind and professional in spite of how frazzled i was at the time.i even forgot a piece of paperwork and she found time for me to come back later and write it up for me.yeah, the prices and business practices set by cvs are garbage but it's nice to know that there are good people like dorothy working in that system.

I went in with very bad laryngitis. I was told that even though my laryngitis is bad, and I've been prescribed a short term steroid treatment in the past for the same condition, they could not prescribe steroids for laryngitis, because it's out of their scope of care. She did mention that she could prescribe steroids for bronchitis but not laryngitis. The nurse practitioner said she would send my appointment summary to my regular doctor who could possibly give me a prescription. Totally ridiculous. Then my regular doctor did not receive the summary and I had to call the customer care line to request it be sent again. Finally they did receive it after 4 hours and 2 attempts.

Minute Clinic? NOPE! NOT AT ALL! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Urgent Care would be FASTER.

I took my daughter to see Dorothy at the minute clinic. She was wonderful to work with. Very kind and thorough and made our experience a good one. 4 stars because the CVS website and phone experiences were trash.

I seen Dorothy Smith at the minute clinic on harbor and she is 1000% a asset to the company. Though I had a appointment, I selected the wrong type of physical. Dorothy went the extra mile of fixing my error. She took the time to fit in my physical in to her day, which I greatly appreciate since I had no other time available to get it done. Dorothy had a great amount of patience with my situation and did it all with a smile and great service. I'm thankful and appreciative for her going above and beyond for me.
