When I became Director of the Bristol Hospice Foundation of CA 12 years ago one of my first tasks was contacting Minuteman Press - Bakersfield. For 7 1/2 years I had worked with them at my previous job and knew exactly what to expect. Not only does Minuteman Press Bakersfield produce high quality products their customer service is exceptional. As a local non-profit I work hard to make sure our donor dollars go as far as possible. Working with Mark at Minuteman I never have to worry that our organization is being taken advantage of. You know you will get exactly what you need nothing less nothing more, he never tries to sell you something you don't need. By far this was the greatest Experience I’ve have ever experienced.customer service was a 10 star, the owner was also interactive with his customers which you barely see. The work is great the office is clean. I highly recommend them! If they had more then 5 stars I will give them the highest.

I had been working with another printing company and at the last minute they informed me they were unable to print our school yearbooks. I called Minuteman Press in tears. Edgar told me not to worry that they could get it done. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that is looking for printing needs. They got my job done and the yearbooks turned out phenomenal, and they were $5 cheaper then the original printer. Minuteman Press saved the day! Thank you Edgar.

These guys are actually helpful! It’s something that you don’t see much of anymore, but they had a busy day and when I called with my problem, they helped me in like a minute- I didn’t wait a long time, and I didn’t get screwed in any way. These guys were nice as hell

Was looking for a place to print an application and Gabriel helped me out. Employees were very professional, and the prints were done in a matter of minutes. Definitely going to come by again!

Went there to get artwork and stickers to get done was told 3 for artwork and 5 to 7 days for printing.
Turned into 37 days 17 trips down there and still never got the correct artwork or stickers and paid over $1,200. Was told I would hear something back to make it right and never did.

This office has been very helpful on coming up with product ideas for us and the quality has been amazing. Highly recommend them.

Needed a course workbook that was over 400pages. They did an awesome job. The book is well done. With a quick call Gabriel had everything handled.even when their INTERNET was off for almost two days.
