Had a very annoying experience, I called ahead to see if they make copies of a larger piece of paper, they said yes and to come in. I spent time going there and when I walked in I showed them the paper and the women working there said they don't do it. I told her I had called and even received a quote ($50 for 5 paper copies of a 17'' by 14'' piece of paper!) and she said they don't do that. She was also super rude and aggressive. She made fun of the creases in my paper and just had a horrible attitude. I try to be intentional about shopping local but this place is not cool. I am a small business owner just trying my best, my time matters. I don't appreciate being told they can do something when they cant and I don't appreciate being criticized for wrinkles in a paper I need a copy of and general aggression doesn't sit well with me.
