Mioki sushi reviews
15 It's a very popular place in Fremont, love their sushi and their special rolls. The staff are nice and friendly but unfortunately, it's very busy at weekends and ordering food for pickup takes at least an hour since they don't have enough staff for all the orders.
I recommend Dragon, Crazy and Tokyo rolls
I keep coming for their lunch bento meals. The right combination I want, sushi + tempura + chicken. Service is what you expect at a small diner with just 1 or 2 waiters. Sake or Japanese beer available too
Hidden gem that's right off the freeway in Fremont. We were driving by and needed something quick, and ordered the salmon sashimi set and chicken karage. Absolutely incredible and my partner (who is a picky eater) says it is the best chicken he's ever had, and paired with the sauce, it was incredible.
My salmon was fresh and came with 10 pcs, but the portion sizes were the biggest I have ever seen. I've been to Japan quite a few times and I've never had such large salmon sashimi pieces until now at Mioki.
Situated in an assuming plaza that we would have missed if I wasn't hungry-so I'm so glad we found this place. The service and food has swept me away. Don't change a thing, because we'll be back!
One of my favorite Japanese spots to go to. Never had any serious issue with the food (ex: raw 6 the quality is great. Sometimes I dine there and can be forgotten by the waitress, BUT the small place can pack up quickly, so I'm patient/ prefer ordering to go. The staff are always nice. The Downside is that food is pricey, but the quality and taste make it worth it
This is 1 of the best places to have Japanese food.
Been enjoying sushi at Mioki Sushi for years. Delicious food and good service - great, underrated spot in Fremont!
This place is my my new favorite sushi in the East Bay!
I love their selection of rolls, best selection in the East Bay, and they're surprisingly BIG!
I've never had bad service here, in fact there are several superb servers here.
Really awesome sushi spot to send off a beloved co-worker! The interior was small and cozy, probably not great for parties over the size of 8, but for our party of 4 it was perfect. The service was fast, drinks, and appetizers came out super quick. The Sushi was awesome too! Super fatty, flavorful, and most importantly filling! Definitely coming back here, the next time I drive into the office.
Love this place. Just wish the door closed faster. Cold air enters during dinner every time the door opens. Bring a sweater.
Order sashimi and get very thick slices. Sake is $1.99 from 5-9pm with entree. All in all a very pleasant experience with friendly waitstaff.
Amazing little spot with great food, quick service even during business hours. I've come back here on numerous nights and the food and service is nothing but excellent. I've tried a handful of their different rolls an they are all amazing great variety!
Been coming here for YEARS. Switch owners a few years back and they took a little dip in service but now they are fully back. Great food, great service - will continue to comeback over and over again.
Came here to meet up with some old college friends. Reserved a table for 6 with no issue.
You get your bang for the buck! The sushi came in very large portions and especially enjoyed the Alaskan, Crazy, and Lion rolls. Service was courteous and attentive and even hooked us up with a few complimentary dishes. My friends and I were able to relax, enjoy the food, and add more great memories to the photo album.
You know when you're hungry and waiting for order to be delivered, expecting not to get disappointed cos you never know how the food will be presented. We never had to worry with Mioki. The many times we got dinner delivered, the moment we opened the box, food always looks great. Their special rolls are huge, well worth the money. Each slice of the Raymond roll is a mouthful, a thin layer of rice. Combination dinner with California roll is a full roll, not the usual 4 small maki rolls at other places.
Edited: Their lunch bento menu was worth too, comes with a full roll. Mioki nachos was delicious. Container was packed to the top!
Very disappointed with my ordered rolls. We had to throw away because the salmon and tuna sashimi wasn’t fresh. The dragon roll was made wrong! I won’t be back! Wasted my $100! I ordered to go and wasn’t able to complain
