I love this apartment it is such a safe place the apartment is so clean. And I would recommend people coming to live here. Also the management is wonderful!

Property Manager- Janet- is racist and has tried to evict my wife and I after being attacked and held at gunpoint by another tenant. Police reports were filed, and she offered NO HELP. She verified that she knows the tenant who did it, however, did not put out a notice to the building about there being a gunman in the building, nor was she responsive when asked to accommodate safer arrangements since the gunman came to our front door. She is very vindictive and bullies any tenants who are experiencing hardships due to the pandemic. If you are looking for somewhere to live, do not waste your time, money or risk your life staying at this place. People of color are unwelcome.

So far happy with my decision to choose Mira over the other luxury apartments I have toured in the Warner Center area. Building is clean, secure mailroom, friendly staff and the maintenance team are always ready to respond in a timely and efficient manner. Would highly recommend this apartment community.

I've lived at MIRA for over 2 years and in 2 different units and I love it. Janet the community manager is fantastic, listens to residents concerns and acts on them quickly. There are a lot of apartment buildings in the area and I'd still choose MIRA any day!

I was accidentally locked out of my apartment by Mira management (the door locks are combination locks and not keyed). I discovered this at 2: 30am and had to stay in a nearby hotel because I was not successful in contacting Mira nightime security to help me. This is the second time that I have tried to contact nighttime security in the six months that I have lived in this complex without success. When you phone security, a message machine picks up. When speaking with "Janet" in the front office at the Canoga Park location, about my issue of being locked out, she did not even say she was sorry for the inconvenience and offered no reason, other than it was a system error. Janet was rude and condescending to me. Realize, I FINALLY reached Janet after phoning and leaving messages with the front office 12 times over a 3-day period. No one returned any of my phone calls. I was just lucky enough that someone actually picked up the phone today. Once you move into this complex, if need to contact anyone in the front office or need after hours security-realize, God maybe the only one that can help you!

I was here on vacation and touring some apartments when I stumbled upon Mira! This property was not on my list but let me tell you once I seen the building and toured the property I forgot all about the others! I knew I wanted Mira to be home! This place is literally a dream come true! I relocated here from Florida and everyday I wake up feeling like I am dreaming. The building, private parking garage, super secured building, amenities, high tech mail room, floor plans, floors in the apartments, appliances, cabinets, countertops, the views, just EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! That's just the building the location is the cherry on top! This is the prime location literally the mall is across the street, surrounded by shops, restaurants, every fast food you can think of, grocery, banks, schools, movie theaters, everything you need is just steps away! I love love love this place and I am beyond blessed to be living here at Mira! The best part about living here is the staff! I must say we have the BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM a very special thank you to Janet and Adrian for helping with the process to move in YOU GUYS ARE LITERALLY THE BEST! Super efficient, kind, caring, they go above and beyond for their residents all around total rockstars! Also we have the best maintenance team on staff as well thank you Mario and Yoana! I've had the most wonderful experience living here at Mira. The environment is very elegant and stylish. Everybody is super friendly especially the office staff.

Anytime I have a request, the office staff quickly addresses the matter right away. I really can't ask for better service. I truly can't find anything to complain about. If there was an option to rate six stars, I would!

I have been looking around town for an apartment and this is by far one of the best I have seen. The Staff is very helpful and courteous. Beautiful location.

I was visiting a friend here and parked on Alabama Street, the only guest parking offered by the Mira. I had my window broken into and things stolen from my vehicle. Management is complacent about the security issues in the area.

This place is not at all what it’s advertised as, and not worth the price. Sound travels super easily and you can hear every little pin drop. The premises are unkempt. Clearly a lot more could be done to keep the place up. I would not recommend getting a place here.

These apartments are the best I've been at, best customer service, clean areas and an amazing place to live. I would recommend this place to live in.:)

Called for a tour and had to wait 2 and a half weeks for a walkthrough. When I called to check availability I was constantly brushed off and the tour dates kept getting pushed back. I waited because the apartments seemed great from what I saw online. Unfortunately, it was not worth the wait. The building looks great from the outside but inside seems to be a different story. For the amount they want you to spend on rent plus all the extra fees they throw in you'd think they'd make thicker walls, invest in better appliances and keep the premises clean. I saw dog waste (urine AND feces) in the parking garage! Who allows that in a shared indoor space? Does management even have a grasp as to what's happening around here? I have to say I won't be signing a lease with this place anytime soon! If you want to make sure your money is well spent, do not be fooled by the faux "luxury" of this establishment.
