Worst customer service ever. The ladies are rude when you called. I left a 350 deposit to hold the date. Well they took me off just because I had to cancel three times my pre-op. For reasons. Oh and they put 500 added to my balance because I have cancelled and rescheduled three times. No where on paper does it say that and NOT one of the ladies in the office said I had a cancellation limit. I was told 24 hours and I did that each time. So not only did they take my 350 to hold a surgery date they took me off the calendar for my surgery date was not until DECEMBER 29,2022 and added 500 on top of 7500 of a balance. So I'm telling you to go else where. They are rude they only want your money. And they don't even put photos of the work before and after. So don't go there. Find somewhere who is willing to give you what you want and not just take your money. I want my 350 dollars back since the OFFICE took me off schedule date. Very very unprofessional I don't even know how or why he is still up and running

This place is bad for hair transplantation. I had FUE transplantation for my hair but it’s completely failed. It’s been a year but still there is no difference in my hair line. And these guys cheat with graphs counting too. Please avoid this location for saving time and cost.

Please do not go here Dr Mirrafatti is so unprofessional he does a horrible job he is not certified. I do not understand how this place is still even open he double books the day of surgery and makes you wait hours and after surgery if you have any questions him and his staff will make you feel bad for even asking and tell you youre over exaggerating when in fact i had an infection but only knew because i went to hospital! Horrible customer service they give appointments and you still wait over an hour to be seen and then they give attitude find another clinic morica has the worst attitude ever

I absolutely love it, I’ve been coming here for years and Dr. Mirrafati is the best Cosmetic Surgeon you can find. His work of art explains itself. He is so talented and honorable, that I would not trust anyone else. He is honest with you, and will not only guide you in the right direction but explain what is in your best interest. His techniques are like no other, and he’s reasonable but also so worth it! You have to realize when you put your body in the hands of someone, it’s very important to understand there strong work ethics and your outcome. I can promise you, no matter what your wanting to enhance or aesthetically please, Dr. Mirrafati will give you outstanding results, he has years of experience and high quality standards. His staff has also been there from the start, Monica is very sweet and knowledgeable as well. They treat you like family here, and you will leave so amazed!

I went with doctor Mirrafati for breast implants my surgery was November 2nd of 2021 a week after my surgery and I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with my breast they are beautiful the doctor I would highly recommend him to anyone he is very compassionate and honest and his staff is very friendly I was originally going to get saline implants but I had a Financial problem that occurred that I wasn't able to upgrade to silicone implants but after talking with the doctor right before surgery he gave me the upgrade for Harley anything that came from his big heart I really appreciate what he did for me thank you Dr. Mirrafati you are the best

Today I went in for my last check up. I got my surgery done in may 2021. If anyone reads this please save your time and go somewhere else. I have not stopped crying since my surgery. His staff monica was not helpful never responded to my questions after they took my deposit. And talking to him was so upsetting. He shamed me for wanting the size I wanted. Told me things like if I had gone bigger and then went to church that people would stare. So pretty much saying he did me a favor. He talks louds to intimidate and has no empathy to my feelings. He kept asking me if I was crying like it bothered him that I was upset.

Good doctor I could wear anything and look good I always get compliments on my body I would definitely recommend this doctor to anybody his prices are good people might think that he's not nice but he's just honest I'd rather want a doctor tell me what I want then to lie and tell me what I don't need

I want to let you know the little humanitarian attitude of Dr Sid Mirrafati and his assistant Mónica, I paid more than 11k to have surgery last week and the day before my surgery my mother passed away, I called so that they would please refund my money or change my appointment because I am not in a position to enter an operating room and less to receive general anesthesia. I have tried to contact them and they refuse to give me an answer, excusing myself that I cancel and that my money will not be returned through one of their employees. Monica the main assistant to the doctor makes you believe that she is very humanitarian that she will help you in everything and it is the opposite, she is only interested in money. I call on all the people who have been victims of this pair of criminals to demand that Dr Sid Mirrafati take responsibility for them, before we appear before the medical bar so that his license is revoked. Quiero dejar saber la actitud poco humanitaria del Dr Sid Mirrafati y su asistente Mónica, pague más de 11k para realizarme una cirugía la semana pasada y un día antes de mi cirugía falleció mi madre llame para que por favor me devolvieran el dinero o me cambiaran la cita porque no estoy en condiciones de entrar a un quirófano y menos de recibir una anestesia general. He tratado de comunicarme con ellos y se niegan a darme una respuesta, excusándose que yo cancele y que mi dinero no será devuelto por medio de una de sus empleadas. Monica la asistente principal del doctor te hace creer que es muy humanitaria que te va ayudar en todo y es todo lo contrario a ella solo le interesa el dinero. Hago un llamado a todas las personas que hemos sido victimas de este par de delincuentes a exigirle al Dr Sid Mirrafati que se responsabilice de estos, antes que comparezcamos ante el bar de médicos para que su licencia sea revocada.

Very bad costumer service, the surgeon and the assistant manager were very rude. The surgeon made and offensive comment about body which made me feel awful. They made me wait for more than an hour for my appointment after the initial time of it. I definitely don't recommend. And they not working properly and under their California Public HEALTH Department

Wonderful service, just ask for the schedule and show up according to what times they recommend. Always call before you show up, because they are busy busy.
