The Escondido Miracle Ear location is best by far. Their staff are attentive and professional and make what would be a tedious process fun and informative. Shelly stood out to me in that her glowing personality brightened my day upon arrival, and made me feel at home while visiting their office. I definitely recommend their team for any hearing aid needs.

Excellent overall experience. Shelly provided a friendly smile and welcome upon my arrival. Jennifer was terrific throughout the process - very kind and knowledgeable as she conducted a free hearing evaluation and then explained hearing aid options. I was impressed with the advanced technologically in today’s hearing aid devices. Jennifer has been very flexible in allowing me to test out hearing aids to see if works for me, and has made several adjustments to fine tune the aids based on my feedback. Don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment at the Escondido office. They’ll provide great service and take great care of you.

I want to share my story. I have been wearing hearing aids all of my life. I have had all different brands of hearing. I came to Miracle Ear two years ago and purchased hearing aids. For a few reasons why. 1. I learned about how my ears worked. No one ever took the time to go over how my ears worked. 2. They demoed the hearing aids in the office and I have never heard as well as I do now. I love the technology in the hearing aids. Over Thanksgiving my sister and I were talking. Even she was impressed how well I was hearing. She stated that these are the best hearing aid I have ever got.

My husband (92) and I visited the Escondido office today (the hottest day of the year). We entered a most welcoming cool office greeted by Shelly. She was a bright light and prepared us to meet Jennifer who needed a little time to sanitize the office after the happy faced client left the office.
We had visited another office but this was different. Jennifer was amazing. She took time to understand the issues around his hearing deficit and with pictures, graphs, and patience taught us all about what was going on from outer ear to brain receptor. Jennifer has an empathic way of easing a visitor. She is kind as well thorough in the examination. We can’t say enough nice things about our experience

The best thing I have done for my self was to come in and get some hearing aids. The lady's here are the best I have been to. So very nice and respectful of my feelings and help me get the best ones for my situation and help make any changes I need done as soon as possible for me. The customer service here is great, Alex speaks Spanish, which is great, helped my Dad feel at ease, they were able to answer all the questions I had to make the transition into him using hearing aids as smooth as possible. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
