My husband is a patient of Dr. Nhu and I accompany him to each appointment. Our experience has been great. The doctor is professional, friendly and even came to our house to set up the Bluetooth device on our home entertainment system. The receptionist is always polite, friendly and professional as well. My husband is very happy with his device and the service here. Would recommend without hesitation. A+

Ken is knowledgeable, courteous and concerned about providing the very best hearing experience. He routinely tests my hearing and adjusts my aids for optimum hearing in various conditions. He patiently answers questions. He thoroughly explains the advantages and disadvantages of various options. He is a top-level professional.

A advertisement in the mail, a free hearing test at this Miracle-Ear location. I didn't think I needed a hearing test, I could hear well enough, so I thought.

I decided to set an appointment just so I could confirm to myself that I was hearing well. Finding parking, checking in with the front desk and meeting Ken made this a great experience.
Coffee or water is offered after checking in.

Ken is very knowledgeable and is very personable and is very caring about improving my quality of life by being able to hear clearly. And as I said, I thought I could hear well enough but after the hearing tests that Ken had me do I did find out that I have some hearing loss but not to the point of needing a hearing aid.

From the results of my tests, I appreciated Ken's professional advice of the condition of my hearing loss. I don't need a hearing aid yet but may need one within the next couple years.

Polite and courteous staff. Very thorough hearing test. Excellent job explaining results. No super high pressure sales pitch; Ken explained products and made a recommendation but respected my decision to wait another year and retest. If you or a loved one are concerned about your hearing, you should make an appointment with Ken.

Ken tested my hearing and explained the areas of my frequency hearing loss will effect my day to day lifestyle. He also explained about the different types of hearing aids. A good visit.

Ken and Shawnie are a great team, Ken was very professional conducting my wife's hearing test and explaining the results and what could help her hear better and prevent further hearing loss

Didn't deep clean my hearing aid, it was clogged and though it was a dying speakers and ended up using my engineering pencil and use it to dig out the wax

Shawnie is always on top of the appointment scheduling. No long waits. Ken remembers our names and shows personal attention. The office visit is always pleasant and Ken explains everything he is doing and makes sure you understand, as well as, answers any questions or concerns you have.
