Lynn and Stepanie were very helpful throughout the whole process of my needing hearing aids. From the first greeting by Stephanie when you walk into the store to the final assessment and fine tuning of my hearing aids by Lynn; everything went smoothly and I am able to hear better in group settings. Lynn and Stephanie were excellent. And this is what I have to say. What's the just talk? Both lady's were very, very exceptional. They're, they're very helpful and there was no pressure whatsoever. I would recommend anybody that needs to hearing aids to go see them they are spectacular.

Went to miracle ear in Whittier California, Met Lynn Martin.
What a professional, not only is she very pleasant, a great sense of humor goes along with her. Very educated, and definitely knows what she's doing. I had a problem with my right ear hearing aid, It just wasn't working. She cleaned both aids, did a few electronical test, and within 5 minutes had both hearing aids balanced and working perfectly. It was so nice, to see someone so knowledgeable within her
profession. She did an amazing job. It was a pleasure visiting this facility!
Her associate was also great setting me up for the appointment! Very polite, and very helpful. As long as I'm in California, I will be a customer for life!

Lynn and Stephanie were just the absolute. Best and awesome people that helped me so much with my hearing. I cannot give them enough credit for what they do. And how much they are a help to me.

Lynn and Stephanie were very helpful in helping me recognize that my hearing has been improving. Lynn has been extremely thorough in checking my hearing and seeing that I get the best service they can provide.

This place is amazing the hearing specialist Lynn Martin has been nothing but amazing. She’s been so patient and understanding with my hearing needs. She has gone above and beyond and makes me feel comfortable and important. Being a RN is vital to my career. Truly grateful!

I have been coming to this location for over 3 years and i have had no issues until my hearing test back in October. I went in for my regular appointment and James helped me. My test was fine and apparently they had to adjust my hearing volume. They made the adjustments and when they gave it back to me the right ear was not working. They could not fix the issue and i needed it back quickly because i was leaving town to visit family.

They took my pair to be fixed somewhere else and said it would take only take a few days and that they would call me after 3 days. On the 5th day i called and Jackie said that it had just come in but it was still not working. I dont know why they didnt call me to tell me that.

I needed my only pair back since i was traveling so they shipped it to nashville. I took it to the Nashville location and they said it cant be fixed so they made me buy brand new ones for $4000. Those still didnt have the right volume so i eventually went back to California and went to a different location in Whittier.

The gentleman there Kevin not only fixed the brand new ones but also took a look at my original pair to see what the issue was.

In a matter of minutes he fixed my old pair. There seemed to be no real problems with my old pair and i was told there was nothing that could be done, but Kevin fixed it in minutes.

I am so upset not just because this whole thing took months, but because the company will not let me refund the pair that they made me buy. I never imagined that a little hearing adjustment issue would turn into months of hearing issues and back and forth and lies.

I feel so abused and lied to and feel like they took advantage of me for more money. Months of my life i cannot get back and i feel like no one cared through the entire process. Until Kevin in Whittier.

All I want now is to refund the new pair that i did not end up needing at all. The nashville location wont let me return them and cerritos stopped caring about my issues. I am so angry and i feel like ive tried to be patient, but its now may and no one still wants to help me.

We were provided a thorough exam, with instant recommendations. They also answered all of our questions.

Stephanie will greet you coming and going a great and positive personality that will make you smile and feel comfortable. Every visit the doctor takes the time to deal with my individualized visit and answered all my questions.

My experience with Miracle Ear is awesome I am currently trialing some of their products the newest technology the me5 I love it I can be in the dining room and my daughter in the kitchen and I can hear her if my phone is ringing in the other room I can hear it and I'm so grateful to be able to have this opportunity to try all these hearing aids awesome the technician and the OM and the office it's great Kevin and Stephenie are a great team together.
