3 They have potential to be a good massage place. But their employees can be rude sometimes. There place is pretty neat and simple (which is good because it's pretty clean).
But I also hope regardless the therapist and customers won't understand each other, I hope the therapist don't get frustrated easily.
I was telling him I needed him to focus on my feet because that's what I paid for foot reflex. It's ok not to have back or arms. But since he can't understand me he got so frustrated that'every time I try to tell him he gets upset. Stops and asked me to lay back down and he still does his thing.
I wish they have someone who can understand or if not maybe provide a paper with a drawing of the body which area u want. And also numbers with interpretations of how much softness or hardness u need in those areas.
Thank u though for the experience NOT COMING BACK EVER! If I were u don't waste your money.
I wish I had seen the negative Yelp reviews before going. I scheduled an appointment for a Swedish massage at 10: 30AM and showed up on time. I was told to go away and come back in 20 minutes. This is despite them confirming that I had an appointment for 10: 30. I had to wait in my hot car. I thought of cancelling but unfortunately I didn't. The person doing my massage didn't speak or understand English. The massage HURT badly and consisted mainly of crude digging with the elbows. When I tried to tell her to use less pressure, she just laughed and continued. I don't think she understood. I have had several massages at other places before. This person was clearly not well trained in massage and should not have been serving customers without the ability to communicate. I couldn't wait for the torture to be over. When I was leaving she demanded a tip. I gave her 10% and she said loudly, "more! ". I then gave her $10 on a short $50 massage and she looked dubious. I finally gave her $15 which is a very generous 30%! She was not happy and grudgingly accepted it. I left and will not go back. The massage was awful. The service was awful. The aggressive tip demand was UNACCEPTABLE for a business and a complete turnoff. The lack of appreciation for a 30% tip was contemptuous. Avoid this place despite its relatively low advertised prices (you pay a LOT more by tips) and just go to a better massage salon with better massage specialists who know how to run a business.
This is our go-to for the now-ubiquitous Asian style foot massage. Clean, skilled and responsive masseuses, competitive prices, no sleazy subscription plans.there are only 4 chairs for foot massages with the rest of the rooms being for full-body massages (have massage tables instead of recliners) but we've rarely had an issue getting in. Such an affordable indulgence.
