Our bathtub got a crack. Requested an estimate on Sunday, got a reply on Monday morning, scheduled an appointment on Thursday. Tech guy named Jose came on time, he is never late for the appointments. He is very nice guy and he's done very good job. Our bathtub is fixed on Saturday, just less than a week since it cracked. Nice company and nice people. Will definitely do business again. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, my experience with Miracle Method of Santa Clara was excellent. Their thoroughness in explaining the process, their assistance and advice in the work to be done, and their total service was the great! Javier who did the actual work was AMAZING! A hard worker, prompt, knowledgeable, neat and his workmanship was incredible. Overall experience, very pleased.

Miracle Method did my old, scratched up, cast iron bathtub and my beat up kitchen counter. Now both look brand new, it is easy to clean, and I saved about $10,000 by having it resurfaced as opposed to a huge remodel headache. I firmly believe in sustainability and the environment, and it just killed me to think of throwing away cast iron and a solid, but hideous, countertop. Miracle Method resurfaced both and gave my bathroom and kitchen a new life without ruining the environment. Deceptively easy to work with. It seems too good and easy to get the rework accomplished. The sales consultant is easy to talk to and low pressured in approach. Follow ups are clear and focused. The installer arrived on time and quickly got to work with minimal interruptions. Completion and work quality were to expectations and timely. One concern is the durability of the finish as it may be susceptibility to abrasives. As the project was to prep the bath for property sale the proof is pending passage of time. Overall satisfaction was achieved!

Our workman, José, fully discussed the advantages and disadvantages of repairing a completely cracked sink, and so we decided against repairing it. But, we did have him repair our guest bathroom sink that a lot of superficial cracking on the surface. When he was done, the sink looked like it was new, sparkling white!

Javier did a tremendous job! It was an ugly black, peeling tub. Now it’s glistening white!

They did a great job on a tub for a home I am getting ready to list for sale. So easy to work with and quality finished product.

Just completed the tub, replaced old soap dish and redid the tiles in San Carlos. Jerry did an excellent job. He showed up on time, cleans up after himself and was willing to over communicate so I had no questions left unanswered. Highly recommend Miracle Method of Santa Clara and Jerry.

Excellent alternative to tearing out old tile and installing new products. And Miracle Method personnel very easy to work with, and responsive. Tile and tub look better than new!
