Our sha shabby, dirty looking sinks, counters, tub and showers looked new, sparkling and bright after Miracle Mehod resurfaced them. It was only a fraction of the cost it would have been to replace them too! I would highly recommend Miracle Method

Refinish areas that needed the TLC. Staff were attentive and prompt. I highly recommend them, and will use them again in future projects.

The technician / supervisor came to my house to fix a chip in the sink and ended up ruining my recently polished countertop. We used this company since they claimed they were licensed, bonded and insured. The technician /supervisor after ruining the countertop accepted it was his fault, and gave me his personal cell phone number and asked me to call him with an estimate to take care of this issue. When I contacted him with quotes to repair my countertop, he said he did not have the money to pay for it, then he said not to call the company because they were not going to take care of that problem. Unfortunately he was right, we contacted the company and they were extremely rude and they don't want to take responsibility. They should train their employees on how to treat a client with respect. Companies like that shouldn't be operating. We even contacted the corporate office by phone and by mail and they are not giving us any answer. I definitely do not recommend this company. I would give them a zero, but that's not an option.

Had our tub refinished. Was able to schedule within a week, worker showed up on time and was very efficient and helpful. End product turned out great!

Miracle Method did an excellent job of refinishing and repairing a crack in the finish of our shower floor. Very easy to work with and a good value. Hector is a valuable employee who did a very professional job. Highly recommend!

We had a crack in our tub repaired. The technician who came to repair the tub was very nice and professional. You would never know we had the crack in the tub the repair was done so well.

What a transformation in one day! We loved the long double sink in our bathroom, but hated the yellowish 90’s marble color. We resurfaced two showers and 2 bathroom countertops for the fraction of the cost of replacing them. We are thrilled with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to use Miracle Method again!

Miracle Method repaired and refinished my white porcelain kitchen sink. It looks brand new! I am very satisfied with the results. The price is significantly cheaper than replacing the sink and it looks good as new. The technician was on time, professional, and worked hard. He didn’t waste any time getting the job done. I would recommend for anyone interested in refreshing their home without major replacement or renovation.

They refinished and re-glazed by guest bathroom shower and tub. Quality was perfect and the job time was fast: less than 2 hours in my house and they were cleaned up and gone. Highly recommend.

We're first time homeowners, they were patient with us and very understanding. Our technician was wonderful and very polite! Great end result, completely changed the look of our previously outdated bathroom!

Resurfaced a kitchen sink in a custom color. Because the spray is done in an open environment, particles landed on the surface and left little bumps (like tiny pimples). The technician returned two days later and led me to believe he would repair and leave like new. He sanded the bumps and left. Prior his leaving I asked if the sanded area would remain glossy or if the sanding created a worn, matte look. He said it would be glossy like when he sprayed. We cleaned it later that evening and it now looks slightly worn and the bumps are still there, you can see them but they are not sharp. Not very happy with that. If I would have been told the gloss would have been affected or a worn pattern would have shown, I would have left things as is.

Miracle Methods is a great way to update your bathroom or kitchen tile at a fraction of a cost of retiling. They are very good at fixing any problems that may arise after the initial visit. Kudos to Barbara in the front office for her professional work ethic and attitude. Others in the front office could use a customer service class. My only advise, so that there are no issues, is to be sure the tech explains exactly what they intend to do so that you, as the customer, have the option to accept their choice or not. I would highly recommend Miracle Methods to anyone who wants to upgrade without to much down time.

Scheduling could have been better. Technician was perfect but he was constraint with the schedule. He was expected to finish three full bathrooms (one with a shower and tub) in one day. If you really want to do an excellent job, that's a two day job. Poor guy was at my place from 930 am til past midnight trying to finish. I had work the next day too, so it affected me the next day. Work was good, but could have been better if he wasn't rushed the office personnel.

Barbara was awesome from the moment she answered my call. I knew I had found the right company to reglaze my tub and shower walls. She was informative and professional. She gave me the quote.received an email confirming my appt 2 days later. She was awesome! Kevin called on the day of service and showed up on time and finished early. He was the Best! He explained the process. I left and 2 hours later he called me to inspect the work. FLAWLESS! I never imagined that the crusty 80-year-old tub could be inviting for a nice bath! Thank you Kevin for making her beautiful again! Great Value and kept me in the budget. I definitely will use you again!
