Miracle Works Plumbing & Drain, Sacramento CA

I've worked with Miracle Works on a number of projects while renovating my 1920's house in Curtis Park. They are always professional and fairly priced, and get the job done faster than I expected. Jeff and the guys are very considerate and able to figure out any problem we run into.

We had an unusual request: to connect our home's hot water line to an old clawfoot tub to make an outdoor soaking tub. I'd previously reached out to three or four other plumbers and they either never called back or just laughed at me. Jeff from Miracle Works came out to the house, looked the situation over, went into the crawl space, and laid out our options. He was not only enthusiastic about the project, he told us exactly how he could get it done! His helpers, Gene and Junior, worked hard all day digging the ditch for the new pipe. I really appreciated their efforts to do the least damage possible to our landscaping. Jeff installed an insulated hot water hose bib right at the head of the tub and also figured out a straightforward way for the tub to drain. It's perfect! We're looking forward to many years of enjoying our new outdoor soaking tub.

Not good to there employees. They definitely need to work on that for sure. Hopefully they get better at that for sure

Flushed out tankless water heater. Employee showed up on time. Was courteous and professional. Gave us a quote before hand. Performed the work timely and accurately. Was a great experience.

The first thing is that Miracle Works responded to my inquiry swiftly while others took 5 day or not at all. I was given a reasonable quote for the work on a Friday and was scheduled for the following Wednesday. Two techs showed up for the work and went to town to complete my 5 plumbing jobs in about two hours. Jeff and the other tech were both very personable and very easy to speak with as the job went on. All jobs were explained to my satisfaction. I would have no problem recommending Miracle to others.

This is the second tome Jeff has satisfactorily completed a job for me. He quickly identifies the problem, provides a quote and completes the job. The job is priced at plumber rates but is more competitive than some other companies. I called in the morning and the job was completed in the afternoon. Will continue to call this company as the need arises.

I wanted a gas line and shut off valve installed for a bbq. Jeff came out to inspect the worksite and quoted a reasonable price. Work was done correctly and prompt. Found out they can do remodels which is what I need done too. Definitely will Miracle works a shot at that work.

They installed water line for my fridge and ended up flooding my entire kitchen. The guy turned the water back on but didn't close the valve he just installed. His response was welp things happen. Didn't offer discount, didn't offer fan just cleaned up the visible water and left. I spent the rest of the day wiping off counter, cabinets and attempting to dry floors. My baseboards were also damaged. I had to call the office to let them know what happened days later. The owner came out looked at my floors like it wasnt a big deal said he would "cut me a check " which was for the price I payed for the fan I had to buy to dry my floor.
My floors were less the 6 months installed. Now a few months later my floors are bubbled up in the area that was flooded. Don't recommend this company.

Edit response to owner: I am 100% sure I have the correct company. I have a picture of the check you sent me for the fan I had to buy to dry my floors and record of payment from my debit card. The picture of owner on your website is the same guy that came to my house. I tried to call a couple months later about my floors and no answer of course. I will not be removing my review. Do better.

Jeff did a great job with my gas line mod and leaking hot water valve. Very professionally done and very friendly. Easy to talk to and informative. 5 star service!

Jeff arrived right on schedule and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a broken external water pipe which had caused us to have no water in the house. It was a great relief to have someone who was so transparent about the required work and worked efficiently to get us back up and running! We will use Miracle Works for all of our plumbing support needs. Thank you Jeff for being so principled and helping us in our time of need!

Jeff was on time for both the estimate and the day the work was done. Very professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers while in the house without asking. He installed our sink, hot water tap and faucet quickly and cleanly. He went up and beyond with the install. Would definitely recommend Jeff and the company.

Getting work done on our new residence before move-in. Jeff was very friendly and professional. He got there on time and went to work. He went through the home inspector's report and fixed the immediate repair items needed quickly and with minimum fuss. He also provided us with quotes for some work we might do later.
Would recommend.

We had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running and my partner’s repair attempts didn’t work, causing a leak. Da’Marus was so helpful, kind, and professional. He was very informative about options for repair and was able to complete the repair quickly. He had the necessary parts with him and the pricing was reasonable. Once he left we had a new, functioning fill valve and the leak was gone. Thank you!

Jeff was beyond professional. He showed up on time, explained everything to me, did an amazing job with quality work, will highly recommend.

Jeff and Mike showed up right on time, unlike other plumbers, to provide a free estimate for my hot water heater that wasn't working. They noticed the fuze wa burnt out right away and told me how to fix it extremely helpful and nice guys- I will definitely call them back of my next issue.

Very responsive, Kevin got us scheduled for an estimate within a day of our water heater leaking and replaced the next day. The installation was quick and done without mess or issues despite the tight space.

Talk about miracle workers! Jeff and Alden really went out of their way to help me with a broken water heater, which included lots of unique challenges, and all within one day. A top notch company that really goes above and beyond. They also matched the lowest quote I had received from another company. Very professional, honest, and hard-working people. Miracle Works will be my go-to plumbers for all my future issues. Incredibly grateful.
