Mirada Hills Rehabilitation and Convalescent Hospital, La Mirada CA

If you have loved ones do not like people not bring them here personnel here are very mean and abusive and violent yes that is right in violent. I have a buddy that's here he expressed to me is concerned for his well-being and we're dealing with it accordingly the individual is currently not working here anymore however who's to say but that's the only one who does so his belongings have been missing new Christmas stuff this is very very wrong and unhuman like I say no more. I've bringg love& light to all humanity

My sister and family used to work there. My sister work there for 15 years. Then there was a turnover, so bad administration. Administrator Selina Steward fired all good employees, just to save money and acquire big bonuses. She was also reported to the state for covering up a drunk nurse, that constantly would give wrong meds to patient. Supervisor and the DON were eventually discharged or fired. Now Sun Mar hired Selina Stewart and continues with same behavior and neglecting patients. Please fired that bad administrator, the patients and former employees that were mistreated and made sick need justice.

I'm a New patient and it's taking forever to get my medications.
I have dialysis today and nobody seemed to know anything about it.
Very unorganized!

I find this facility to be horrible. The AC doesn’t work it’s 90 in my fathers room Hallway is cool but they will not let him sit in the hallway
No nurse service. When he needs help no one comes. I should have NEVER had him transferred here. Pulling him out ASAP

Mirada Hills has the worst staff and service I have ever seen in the health care system. I GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 10! Rose is awful and lacks empathy. This place was horrible to my brother and even made him cry for having to do their job! The staff's negligence led to several complaints and caused my brother's life threatening injury. Never leave your loved ones in this horrible place! Medical negligence is a constant at this facility. I hope the staff who's negligence that led to my brother's injury has constant sleepless nights, immense guilt and KARMA! This place should be shut down!

Irma Perez who works at Mirada Hills is so caring and wonderful to the patients. She is a jewel.

Visited my relative here. The rehab took good care of her. Rehab therapists are highly skilled and gym equipments were icing on the cake.

Excellent Facility. I strongly recommend to everyone. We were so happy with the attention and care provided by the staff. Their staff was very nice, friendly and paid attention to minute details. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

Mirada Hills is beautiful, big, very clean, spacious nursing home. We have been to many other SNF before, but this place is wonderful. They provide very good patient care, with excellent customer service. Rehab provides extra care to each patient with utmost dedication have never seen before. My grandpa recovered very well. The staff, environment, patient experience and convenience of La Miranda Hills Rehab are top notch. The therapists are so professional and extremely well informed about the latest protocols and best practices. They are great about educating patients on the recovery process. The facility is very nice, clean and welcoming. They offer many different inpatient and outpatient services. I would recommend this practice to anyone of any treatment scenario - really excellent.
