Miramar MH & RV Park, Imperial Beach CA

Very affordable living that’s close to the beach. It doesn’t get any cheaper to live near the beach than this spot.

The park doesnt hAve rules. Management let's people do what they want. People living in sheds in park. Homeless caught in laundry rooms. No security in park. Management says they can't do anything. One trailer is bringing all walks of life in our park known drug spot and nothing is done about it. We love this park. Nice people live here. Management knows the problem n turns the other cheek.

I just recently visited this park to purchase a trailer. Norma and Andy were so incredibly sweet and helpful. When I had issues with the towing company I hired to remove the trailer, Norma and Andy went out of their way to assist in resolving the issues in order to get the job done. You both are fantastic! Thank you for everything.

I love this place been here over 10 years. The rent is lower then most trailer parks. The electric is a little high. Washing machine are 1 dollar to wash. Some people don't respect the washer and over load them witch cause them to break dow.if people would be more respectful thing would run better

It's a small old place with pretty good sized spaces and good prices! The only thing is your dog can't be more than 25 lbs.and my dog weighs 75 lbs otherwise I would have moved in already!

The price is great and Norma is so sweet I also love the maintenance man Andy very sweet too only thing is at night there’s huffs but that throughout imperial so not their fault and theirs no showers or WiFi but overall it’s great.
