Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa

We bought a day pass here for a restpite from camping at nearby Joshua tree. Really good deal if you want to relax at the pool, shower, and have a few drinks. Great service!

Came during Christmas and it was so pretty with the decorations. Had delicious cocktails made by the bartender Matt and sat by the firepits. The service manager Ashley was so sweet and definitely made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. I was so happy with the level of service from start to finish but extra kudos to Ashley especially working during Christmas! Loved the spa here it’s a must and the resort is a hidden gem and 10/10 recommend

Excellent with massage my therapist, Joanna Martinez. She listened to my requests on where to focus on and where to avoid. Send applied the perfect pressure and checked on how I was doing throughout the 60 minutes. When I come back I am going to request her again!

To start, I regularly work 90-100 hours per week and rarely get 4 consecutive days to myself. I happened to stumble across Miramonte when looking for staycation spots - and I need to tell you why you shouldn’t look any further.

1. On arrival, I was greeted with the most friendly, smiling faces. Everyone made me feel as if this resort was *made* for me and they were hanging on every minute on the hour awaiting my arrival. Check in time is 4: 00 pm and guess what time I checked in? 12: 11 pm. I was fully prepared to wait until 4 and explore but I’m met with “your room is ready for you! ” Read that again. How many times do you get to check in 4 hours early?

2. The guest experience. My god. I’m going to accredit most of those stars to Israel at the main pool bar. He is an absolute GEM of a human being. The Miramonte is so lucky to have such a bright soul being the shining face of the bar. I immediately felt like royalty (without any of the accolades to warrant it). After working over 390 hours in the last month, all I wanted was a soft bed and warm bath. But he went above and beyond to elevate my experience. It really is about the intangibles, and Israel has all of them.

Was looking forward to our one night away in the desert to celebrate a birthday. Thankful they let us check in early.

Upon arriving at our room in building 12, (which is way on the outskirts of the resort and not near the restaurant or the nice pool …. Basically off the beautiful property) … we were greeted with constant pacing/stomping from our upstairs neighbor making it impossible to nap before dinner.

I called the front desk and they had us moved upstairs immediately however, this was not much of an improvement since now upstairs the plumbing in the building could be heard all night long. We heard everyone’s toilet flushing all hours of the night. The AC was on auto and was extremely loud, as loud as the toilet water coursing through the walls! If it wasn’t the AC turning on it was the plumbing. The walls are paper thin. I’ve never stayed at a hotel like this.

Did not have a restful night in Indian Wells. I am genuinely confused on how this is rated a 4 star hotel.

Ps. The employees are all great except for the male bar tender who almost refused to serve us but then checked his watch and we still had time to order a drink.

Incredible resort. Everything was clean and beautiful. Every staff member we interacted with was extraordinary friendly and professional.

The highlight of our stay was the Tequila and Mezcal tasting by José. He was fun, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not to mention he made some incredible cocktails.

We look forward to coming back here again.

Building looks old motel like. Inside room nice. SPA overpriced should match promotions of Hyatt across street. Pool area basic.

I never leave reviews, but I will for Gloria. Gloria is the BEST server I've ever had. Kind, helpful, prompt - just an absolute joy of a person and we will be coming back to the restaurant whenever we're around just to see her!

Such a great server in the restaurant. Her name is Crystal. We are local in Indian wells half the year. So love the ambiance. We come all the time for lunch and dinner. Do feel the menu needs to be expanded. Especially for dinner

Celebrating our 30 year Anniversary at the Beautiful Miramonte Resort. We spoiled ourselves with a couples massage and delicious food and a restful couple of days filled with perfect weather, kind and generous staff and the best get away that we've had in a long time.

Shared spaces were gorgeous, but the room itself was poorly put together. The floor tiles were done in an quick and incorrect way, the outlet in the bathroom was visibly broken. The water pressure was lacking in the shower, and the faucets in the sinks were set to far back. For the price, it was very underwhelming. The bartender was alone in a bar serving a wedding party, but all the same was rude and unapologetic. To pay $15 for a drink and when asked if they had the lime that belongs in it for the response to be " I have lime, but not time to cut it up. NEXT" gives the impression that my service was a burden. I will not be returning.

Beautiful property (newly renovated) and very friendly staff. We had our wedding reception here and everyone there made sure we had everything we needed. Gloria in the Citrus & Palm restaurant took great care of us and our family & friends. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Gabrielle from front desk was also very professional and beyond helpful.

Everyone was so attentive, the facilities were beautiful and the food was delicious! Jorge at the restaurant was so kind and attentive!

Hotel was empty, but despite this was told our room wasn't ready. When I asked when it would be ready, I was told they didn't know. Asked if it would be ready at 4pm, the check in time, told that they didn't know, it may be later. Complained given the hotel barely had any guests and hey presto they found us a room. Next day on check out they couldn't explain my bill to me either. Not 4 star service. Shame because the hotel itself was nice.

Very nice place. Service was great, Alexa at front desk was professional and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend Miromonte resort.
