Monica was a fantastic sales rep. She went above and beyond to help me get my car, and helped me overcome a lot of challenges (such as trying to purchase from a different country, and navigating America’s complicated credit report process). The whole team helped me find a financing plan that worked within my budget.

Was told by Monica that the car we wanted was available for the special offer lease price only to end up being told it wasn’t, very frustrating. If it hadn’t of been for Sergio the sales rep, would have walked out and never come back.

Was quoted $186 and charged $201. We bring out. Company vehicles here and I guess it depends on who you get. My boss was charged $185 out the door and received better service. Not what I would expect if you are trying to secure a long term relationship. Will be looking for a new place to service our vehicles as this is not the first time this has happened to me at your location. Bye!

Big selection on trucks and people makes you feel in good hands. Sales associate Reema guided my through the vehicle that fit the truck I was looking.

No pressure to sell, the support from Sales associate made feel she care about my buy and not about her sell.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
I was interested in a Chevy Bolt EV. This car is currently in high demand due to Federal Tax credit of $7500. The sales agent told me that the car they have in stock has a markup of $3000 on top of the MSRP. Literally cutting the tax benefit to half. Very upsetting to see this car dealership abusing the system and asking for more money. Their excuse was that we can sell the car anyway so if I dont buy it someone else will buy it.

Please avoid this place and shop somewhere else where customer service is the main priority.

It was a pleasure buying a car from Rodrigo. He is very down to Earth, rather than pushy. He had most of the answers to the questions I asked, and if he didn’t, he went above and beyond to find the answer. It was a relaxed, non-stressful experience which is not the case with a lot of used car dealerships. I highly recommend Rodrigo and Mission Bay Chevrolet.

My wife and I drove 2 hours at night just for a 2022 6.2 Trail Boss to be sold out from under us. Before we ever left we asked could the truck be held until we arrive. Cynthia promised us explicitly that it would be held before we left town and said if anyone inquired about it, they would call us first before doing anything. Upon arrival, we were told by a sales rep, Darrell, to wait in the office and prepare for a test drive. After waiting for a good while in the office, Darrell informed us the truck was just sold. Seriously!? We had to sit and watch the buyers sign the sales papers while we were given a bag full of excuses and promises of how they were going to make everything right. Darrell said they were never told anything about us coming from Cynthia or he would have put a "sold" sign on it. He apologized and after speaking with the manager kept saying how they would sell us a newer 2023 Trail Boss (at MSRP) and they could get it quickly in a month or so through some Chevy allotment program and that we wouldn't have to wait several months for arrival like when ordering a new truck. Darrell said the manager said they would eat any dealer markups and how they were going to make everything right for my troubles and their mistake. It was a very uncomfortable and embarrassing experience and surely not what you expect when spending that amount of money. Not once did the manager bother to come over and personally apologize or offer any assistance once informed. I guess he was too busy with sales papers! After we drove 2 hours back home, we received no follow-up call or apology from Cynthia the following day. No call from Manny the lot owner, a manager, Darrell, or anyone else. I eventually called them and the manager, Ian said it was all his fault yet couldn't care less about offering any solutions other than offering us a newer more expensive model ZR2 truck at full asking price. We were informed by Ian that all the promises made that night by Darrell of getting a truck quickly through a Chevy allotment program and waving dealer markups for my troubles were not true and would not be honored. Now I guess I'll get a usual do-nothing, canned response from the owner like all the other bad reviews and likely nothing will be done to make us happy or truly set things straight. If I'm wrong, I'll gladly change this review!

Dave was outstanding person. He is a Gentleman with out standing knowledge of The Chevrolet Bolt. I could not be haappier with the Bolt and Dave service.
I worked for the Auto Trader for 33 years, and know thousands of Salesmen thought the years. I have to say that Dave is one of best salesmen I have ever meet. He was knowledgablre and nice.

The service department here is fantastic!
I tried another dealership before - but it absolutely fails in comparison! Trever was awesome! Very endearing and caring, he listened well - and even remembered me by name a week later when I picked up my car. My experience was exactly what you want!

Went there to look for something family accommodating. The team was extremely professional and listened to what I was saying as a customer rather then taking me to the most expensive truck. Now I'm driving my family around in a new 2022 Colorado Genisis and Darrel were extremely helpful and very hands on with all the question I had. I highly recommend if your looking for a reliable vehicle to visit Mission Bay Chevrolet

Frank the salesman was awesome very nice and helpfull he got me what I wanted and didn't try to sell me what I did not want had everything ready was in and out in a hr gret job guys will buy from them again.
