My mom lives there and they keep this place up. And it's cheaper than other mobile home parks.

Average place to live. There a many residents there that need to mind there own business and keep there comments to themselves. They have nothing better to do than make trouble. Management is one sided and won’t hear both sides of the story before they issue a 3 day get out notice. Very sad place to live. I’m glad I left.

It's clean trailer park for senior citizens. Alot of empty trailer. Why?
