Terrible and unprofessional. Every time they send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. When the pharmacy calls the office no one answers. It says they are open until 3pm on the weekend but it’s 10am and it goes straight to voicemail with the option to talk to some on call doctor who was super rude and unhelpful. I can’t wait to switch doctors.

I would never take any kids at this place my daughter has a very serious illness i always take her there from the day she was born and ask the pediatrician about it I noticed something was not rite and they said it was all normal their not professional they never help me I when to 4 hospital and it was at the clildren hospital were they gave the horrible news the staff front this place it's the worst must of the lady's at from have no manners but what I'm concerned about is the pediatrician I would love to do something about it this kind of doctor shouldn't be working

Not a good place. There is no customer service at all. If you trying to reach them out over the phone in order to make an appointment it's impossible. Evert single time you need to go there to make it appointment. Awful situation with referrals. So, I don't recommend this place at all.

Dr. Sheroy was in a rush. Not nice at all.just wanted to get me out as soon as possible. Didn't give me good information on what to eat even though she told me today that I am prediabetic. I would think she wanted me to get on a good diet but she didn't help much and didn't even explain what prediabetes is. I'm not educated on diabetes or prediabetes. She really just cared about throwing me out already. Now I'm searching for answers on Google. Thanks a lot Doc.

This place is really bad they have a non direct number they change your appointments without being aware they refuse to still see your sick child because you’re late and the front desk people are rude and no customer experience worse experience ever

This one of the worst experience I've jad in a long time the phone operators don't take the right information down always mixing up appointments i don't have allot of time to take off work to be coming back & forth. Some of the Dr's are rude some are nice and listen.

Never answer phones. Hard to get appointments and refills on medicine.front desk people don't have customer service experience. Call center is worst you wait 1-2 hours for phone calls to be answered and they don't call back in 48 they said someone will call you.have to wait to 3 days for your doctor to talk you. Bad Business

Front desk staff don't care about anything.what ever you say.they have one answer I can't do that. Or I don't know.when I entered the waiting area the TV was playing on full volume and my 3 years old was so fussy and I manage to put him sleep and I request the front desk to put the volume down a little she said she has to put the voluem up cause of PRIVACY REASONS. I asked her twice but she didn't care at all. And my son woke up straight away and start crying. They didn't even care.

If they don't take forever there they just also never and ever answer phone was on hold 15 min and twice again 8.min total waste 30 min and still never got to make an appt.hello staff working there
