My experience here was awful. I will never be back.my 14 week old puppy had a stroke due to a condition and we brought her in to be put to rest. He never examined her, and he barely spoke a sentence to us. He immediately brought her back for her catheter, and brought her back in the room and immediately started pushing the drugs into her. He never asked if we were ready or if we were okay or allowed us to say the last goodbyes. He gave the drugs, listened until her heart stopped. Told us she was gone and left the room. He left the uncapped needles laying on the exam table. Not to mention they also charged us incredibly high prices. I work for a vet, so I’m pretty well aware of how much things cost. He also came back in the room after awhile and I told him they needed to have someone grab my puppy that I wasn’t gonna leave her in there alone. He shoved my husbands hand out of the way when he was trying to pet her one last time. He made an already awful experience so much worse.

Very friendly tech staff and thoughtful veterinarian follow up on explanation of test results and to circle back on care plan enactment.

Been going to this animal hospital for the last 2 years but I'm sorry I really feel like this place is always trying to get you for your money I've talked to another patient and then in there they're pretty much always want to put your dog down for a foxtail ear every problem a dog has its a foxtail ear in there so beware also my dog got into a dog fight and they are double the price in the place down the street so the lady that was paying for my dog sent me somewhere else because he was high-priced now I'm calling in for some flea treatment for my animal and I have to pay for a $52 exam plus flea treatment they have to do my dog is them after a year which makes no sense this place is going to rip you off beware stay away

Dr. Lee thoroughly went over my cat’s test results when we got his lab work, chest x-ray, & urinalysis. I initially really liked him. However, between a span of November and July I kept bringing Chrome back for a cough and later on an ulcer to the nose. He kept prescribing amoxicillin and steroids.

I then took Chrome to Rose Canyon Animal Hospital where they reached out multiple times to get Chrome’s chest x-ray, which was never sent to them. Eventually we did an ultrasound to find out my cat had lymphoma.

Coughing is a number one symptom for lymphoma in cats. Had this been caught early on we could’ve possibly received chemotherapy extending my cat’s life.

At the end of the day Dr. Lee is an educated man, but he did not take the necessary steps in order to properly diagnose and treat my poor baby.

I used to love going to this vet clinic. The staff members were always so kind and helpful, except for one older lady who had a heavy accent, but you eventually got used to her. Money wasn't the main focus; it was all about providing the best care for pets. However, times have changed, and not for the better. The introduction of a new (at least I believe she was new due to never encountering this behavior before.) receptionist has brought with it a significant decline in customer service. It seems like she hates her job or something has changed within the clinic.

The frustration began when I received an email from Chewy, notifying me that my dog's medication was declined by the vet. I called the clinic to understand why, and the receptionist informed me that they needed to see my dog in person. I explained that nothing had changed with my dog's condition, and it seemed unnecessary to schedule an appointment just for that. In a rather curt manner, she stated, "Well, it's been a year, so the doctor has to see her. " I reluctantly agreed and mentioned the estimated cost of $65 for the visit. At that point, the receptionist responded, "That's not how much it is, " in a condescending tone. I corrected myself, saying, "You're right, I usually end up spending over $200 when I visit. " It was clear to me that I struck a nerve. She continued with the explanation that it is their clinic policy. I cut her off, frustrated, and requested that she simply set up the appointment. When asked for my preferred time, I mentioned any day between 10 a.m. And noon, to which she promptly replied that they don't schedule appointments at that time due to surgeries. This seemed contradictory to my previous experiences with the clinic. At that moment, I decided I would no longer be returning. I would rather spend more money elsewhere and receive better service without the attitude.

In retrospect, I admit that sharing the comment about my $65 was unnecessary. I am fortunate enough to be able to afford it, and ultimately, it wasn't a significant issue for me. However, I voiced my frustration because I am tired of companies squeezing every penny out of their customers. My concern lies in the fact that the next person might not be as financially capable, and denying them a necessary prescription, such as insulin for their pet, could have severe consequences. It's not just about a leaky bladder; these medications can greatly improve the well-being of our beloved furry friends.

In conclusion, my experience at this veterinary clinic left me feeling let down. The decline in customer service and seemingly inflexible policies have been disheartening. Even though I could have better articulated my frustration, I believe it is essential to address the concerning issue of rising costs within the industry. Not everyone can afford inflated fees, and as a result, access to vital medications for their pets might be compromised. I truly hope the clinic takes note of these concerns and works towards providing a more positive and inclusive experience for all pet owners, regardless of their financial circumstances. From now on, I will be seeking veterinary care elsewhere.

Dr Lee is the most amazing vet I have ever used. We have used him on and off over the last 17 years. He operated on my dog’s torn ACL and she was able to run around on it for years afterward.

When we moved I changed vets only because Dr Lee’s office was 45 min away. Whenever I want a second opinion or have a more serious health issue for my dogs I always go to him. He is extremely knowledge and fair prices.

The front desk is not managed as well these days. That would be my only complaint.

We visited Mission Gorge Animal hospital some time ago, but our experience was so great we had to come back to leave a review. The entire staff was welcoming and very attentive. Dr. Lee was very thorough and informative! Helped our dog so much! After going to so many different vets, this was the one. It was also affordable which made it so much easier to be sure our dog got the care she needed.

They take good care of your animals. Dr Lee gives you options for treatment. We totally trust him with our furbabies, close to 20 years

The manager I think her name is Mrs lee yells at the staff in front of the customers and has no sense of boundaries always grabbing items from people working there- very unprofessional. I think she’s married to the doctor because they have the same last name and maybe that’s why she gets away with it but he should consider making someone else manager.

Dr Lee is an honest man who charges fair prices. His beside manor is practically non existent, but Im still giving him the full monty (aka. 5 stars)

His wife works with him, and I have heard her referred to as The Dragon Lady. However, dragons are mythical creatures that would never ever exist in this reality, so that nickname is odd to me.

I went to Dr. Lee for years, finally I switched vets. I come to find out that the tooth that I paid Dr. Lee to remove had just been broken off- he left a diseased and PAINFUL root in my dogs mouth and just broke off the top of the tooth. I’m appalled and I urge anyone who goes to this place to switch vets.
