Mission Hospital Emergency and Trauma reviews
8I had an exceptional experience at Mission Viejo Emergency Room. The nurses and doctors demonstrated remarkable efficiency and thoroughness, providing me with excellent care. I'm truly grateful for the outstanding service I received during my visit.
Would give zero stars if I could
Lazy
Incompetent
Evil
Trying to charge us $9600 because they can’t submit claims accurately
Treat us like criminals when they are 100% of the problem
Other providers in the area are a little corporate and cold. These “people” are the spawn of evil.
Stay away
Got there before 8pm, left at about 4am because I was still not seen by a doctor and there were people making a scene due to being in waiting room for 9 hours with no answers.
Absolutely terrible. You could die in this er and they wouldn’t even know. We waiting for 4 hours in the waiting room in extreme pain. Nobody moves and everything takes forever. They are severely understaffed and it shows.
My wife has been here for 3.5 hrs in lots of abdominal pain and they just had her walk to the desk to sign in AGAIN!
This place is run by monkeys that are poorly trained.
We were able to get my nephew seen very quickly today. He had Outstanding care from the doctors and especially the nurse staff. Thank you Megan and her team in the ER. Everyone was very professional, kind, and most importantly knowledgeable. I hope we never have to go back but if my family or myself does I now I will be in GREAT hands there.
Thank you Mission ER.
The worst place to go for emergency situation, after 8 hours staying outside they told us we need to do a covid test to begin everything.
Friendly staff, taken seriously regarding condition and symptoms, treated well. Busy ER though so in general expect to wait.
